As a child, our family bought a cottage in the Irish Hills - I was blessed with summers spent swimming, fishing, campfires and filling my childhood with memories I still cherish. We bought this cottage to keep those memories alive in a time when it seems easy to forget how simple pure joy can be. Now, we are pleased to share that experience with you. Evans Lake is a private all-sports lake with a sandy bottom-making it a perfect place to unwind from your routine. Welcome to The Lake Affect.

Peaceful cabin in the Irish Hills on South Meadow Lake with access to 4 other lakes (Kelly-Killarney-Allen & Wolf). Minutes from Michigan International Speedway. Newer smoker/grill ready to be used for barbecue on expansive deck. Kayaks available for free to use. Smart TVs on each floor. Internet is available but is not always reliable due to our more rural location. Beautiful great lake with lots of fish to catch! Centrally located to several area hot spots such as Hidden Lake Gardens, Adrian College, and lakes for fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Short drive north to Ann Arbor, south to Toledo and anywhere in between!

This 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is located on a private gravel drive, in a peaceful setting. Wildlife can often be spotted in the large yard or wooded area. The location is minutes from historic Adrian where Adrian College and Siena Heights University are home to, Tecumseh, and near main roads, and only 20 miles from Brooklyn, and 30 miles from Ann Arbor. Many stores, restaurants, lakes, and entertainment options are close by. The Kiwanis biking/walking trail connects right here.

Devils Lake Getaway

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful lake cottage! This beautiful lakefront escape has everything you need for the perfect summer trip. The upper level features two bedrooms and shared bathroom. The lower level features a primary bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and two living areas (including dedicated workspace). Take your next weekend or week-long getaway in this adorable cottage right next to Evan's Lake. Enjoy serene water views from the bedroom and living area and savor some morning coffee or tea on the side patio. Take a pair of kayaks out on the water for a relaxing ride or make a campfire by the lake shore to unwind during slow summer evenings. Sorry, there is no boat launch for this lake. Owner lives right next door and is available for any assistance needed.
