Wow! Well worth it! Unheard of value. The space is very considerate and functional. It has everything you need and more. Bath n shower , great heating, one of the best kitchens I’ve used, a pantry full of quality food and a very comfortable bed all wrapped in an interesting cave at a great location. Best stay in Hobart, it’s clear Yvette has put a lot of thought and love into this place.

Vicki and Gary take absolutely amazing care of their place. It was very clean and cosy with plentiful amenities like a wide range of coffees and teas. The location has all you could need in walking distance and is very private and quiet, you will feel right at home. Vicki and Gary have put extreme care and thought into the studio including a booklet with a bunch of tips and intruction manuals for all the appliances in the studio which is a lifesaver and super appreciated! They are also very helpful and are always tending to the studio aswell as us as guests, they respect privacy and always ask before they clean around the studio. Everything about the studio is quality and it's rare for an airbnb to feel like the owners really stayed there themselves and made sure it's a home. Wonderful stay highly recommended, I miss staying there already!

The apartment was perfect for us. It was exactly as described - the pictures are accurate. It was easy access to both Salamanca and Battery Point. It was an easy walk to restaurants. We loved the balcony - we sat out there both morning and evening. Filia was a gracious host - she was super responsive to all messages. I would highly recommend this apartment.

The bush setting , the water views, the design and fit out are all top notch . Private and tranquil . We appreciated the expresso coffee machine ( and local beans in generous supply ) and other welcoming touches . Everything has been thought of in this immaculately presented house . This was the perfect Hobart home from home for a mid-winter stay. On previous trips to Hobart I've generally stayed in the Battery Point / Sandy Bay area, but I discovered on this trip that North Hobart is a delight - the Elizabeth St strip is a new fave. Would stay again without hesitation. The pictures don't do justice to how well and thoughtfully the house has been equipped, and the quality of fittings and furnishings. We were a group of 7, which normally would mean that at least a few people draw a short straw and have to take an inferior room, but this is one of those rare houses where ALL the bedrooms are lovely - and all have big, comfortable beds. There were even dressing gowns and slippers for everyone! The heating is super effective, the hot tub is a delight, the kitchen is large and well equipped, there's a coffee machine with plenty of pods, and Tom & Cate left various goodies for us as a welcome. They were also super responsive and flexible at all times. 5 stars!

Tony's place is incredible. From the space, to the tidiness, and of course the games! It has everything you need and then some. Very clear instructions on how to use all the gadgets and amenities for you to cook and tidy. The complimentary breakfast bits were a lovely touch.

We had a great time at Peter’s place at Sandy Bay. The views were amazing and it was very comfortable. The pool table was a big hit with our teenagers. Thank you for having us!

We loved our stay - as 2 great cafes close by (westside laundromat and pigeon hole) and lovely walking up and down hills to visit Hill Street Grocer for provisions. The stone barn was lovely. Away from tourists but still walkable to everything. Really appreciate the well stocked pantry Eve and Frank left for us - bread, butter, fresh strawberries, coffee, milk, jam, yoghurt, even a lovely muesli was all left for us. Made the stay so comfortable. The sunrise in the morning from the shower window is spectacular!

Beautiful house. Good location and Antonia was very easy to communicate with…. The only thing I will say is just be aware if you’re a taller person that some of the doors ways are quite short, my boyfriend is 6ft and hit his head a couple times along the way.

Beautiful, peaceful place . Close proximity to cafes, restaurants, Shops , Salamanca markets, Battery point . Great host . Wonderful historic place . Set back in time with all modern amenities in the house . Does not get much better!!! Thanks Nicole.

We really enjoyed our stay at James place. The place was very clean and comfortable and nice to relax after all day exploring Hobart. We were also able to check in early which is a bonus! James have been great! Highly recommend this place

We had a great time staying at Robert’s Condo. The location was great for walking everywhere. Close to good cafes and restaurants. Robert added some lovely unexpected little additions which made us feel right at home. Thank you! The condo itself is large and has modern amenities. We look forward to travelling back someday with our 1 year old son.

Roxy and Ambre have done a beautiful job with this unit. You can hear the waves crashing and see the beach from the apartment. Beautifully clean and bed was really comfortable. You are close to many yummy restaurants and a few with delicious vegan GF options. If you like op shopping like me you'll find them in walking distance to the apartment. We stayed for 6 days and the neighbours were lovely saying hi to our son each day. The beach is also a kids paradise with a swing on the sand and an area the community have set up with toys. Lovely little touches in the apartment with a rain jacket and umbrellas. We just loved it and will definitely be back. Thanks for making our holiday so relaxing.

An amazing location and spot, the hosts were attentive and the room was spotless and adorably homely! Not to mention the amazing views, sad we didn’t book for longer! Definitely will be back next time.
