Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

Walking distance to the large shopping center "Grand Samarkand," grocery stores such as Willys and Maxi and sports arenas Vida and Myresjö Arena. The villa has two bedrooms with double beds (continental) + one bedroom with a single bed. Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub and a toilet. Large modern kitchen with kitchen island and dining table, direct exit to large private balcony. Lovely garden with several patios and space for play/games. Parking is available.

In addition, the building is old so you can notice that not everything is straight and perfect as in newly-built houses. Sofa bed with room for two adults. Possibility to add an extra bed. Kitchen with stove, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet. Sink out in the kitchen. Towels, toilet paper and bed linen are included.

Here you can paddle, fish, hike & bike around beautiful historic scenery. Golf course with restaurant & ski slope/downhill skiing 1 km away. Gliding club 3 km. Canoe, two kayaks & bicycles are included. The host couple are sometimes in the cottage next door but promise privacy.

The cottage is surrounded by forest, and is a stone's throw away from the lake, where you have your own jetty. The perfect place if you dream of a break from everyday life. Cold baths outside or in the lake. The food is cooked on a fire or in the outdoor kitchen. Drinking water is collected from the pump house located just behind the house. Toilet visits take place in luxury. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the cottage.

Here you get to experience nature's beauty, stillness and tranquility. To get the most out of your stay, we recommend that you stay at least two nights. There is a simple kitchen for light cooking and a toilet equipped with a separate toilet that you alone dispose of. Rowing boat, canoe, life jacket, fishing equipment are available to borrow. The place is reached on foot after a beautiful forest walk of about 400 meters and it´s about 100 m from the lake . (Bed linen and towels are included.)
