It is a 150 sqm lounge apartment that will offer you the most comfortable holidays in Kavala. It has 3 bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom which is equipped with jacuzzi and separate shower area, a large functional kitchen, dining area and a 300 sqm spacious outdoor garden area with BBQ. The main "attraction" in our home is our indoor pool. You can freely use it privately for 24 hours.

Wonderful place in the most beautiful location. The village and the mature around is breaking. Haris was wonderful and friendly. The house is beautiful with a cherry tree in the garden with amazing fruits we defently come back.

Wir haben zu zweit eine Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Sie ist relativ klein, zu zweit kein Problem, zu dritt wird es eng. Ausstattung ist gut, vollständige Küche, Klimaanlage und sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit Christiana war top, schnell, freundlich und flexibel! Adam hat sogar auf uns gewartet, obwohl wir erst nach Mitternacht ankamen. Danke! Zu Fuß ist die Stadt in ca. 40min zu erreichen. Man kann aber auch abends nett auf der Terasse sitzen. Die einzigen Kritikpunkte: - die Nachbarn können etwas laut sein und haben einen Hund, der gerne auch morgens einmal länger bellt. - die Straßen um die Wohnung sind sehr eng, die Parkplatzsuche mit dem Auto kann manchmal etwas schwierig sein. Insgesamt aber ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Penthouse - stunning sea view - 5 min to the beach

Marco's mother-in-law Sarra met us on arrival. She asked us to text her when we were an hour away. Then she sent a message 2 say that her husband had parked his car on the busy street to keep a parking space for us. That was wonderful! Sarra showed us round the apartment and gave us lots of info about the area/restaurants/ferries to Thassos etc. When we forgot that the key card needed to be in the slot for the electricity to work and messaged her about it she responded very quickly. She answered all our queries promptly. We loved the apartment. It was spacious, very clean and comfortable and the outside terrace was wonderful for relaxing on as well as for getting our clothes dried. Once we had moved the car it was impossible to get a space again in the street and we used the paying parking lot on the map which Marco had provided. It wasn't far to walk and cost only about €6 per day. We loved staying here and have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and Kavala to others.

Giorgios and his family have created a fantastic place! Litsa and Makis are really nice people, gave us clear instructions and welcomed us warmly, they are really flexible with chek-in and check-out when possible. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, situated in a quiet street and at the same time close to the beach. It has a great sea view from the balcony where we spent our coffee time. Kavala is really close and has a lot to offer for all ages, we were surprised by the atmosphere and will surely come back again. :)

Kavala'da 3 gün kaldık ve harika bir deneyim yaşadık. Konumu mükemmeldi ve ev sahibimiz Marina harikaydı. Daire temiz, konforlu ve tam olarak fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibiydi, ihtiyacımız olan her şeyle tam donanımlıydı. Merkezi konumu şehri keşfetmeyi kolay ve keyifli hale getirdi ve güvenli bir mahallede olmak bize huzur verdi ve rahatlamamıza yardımcı oldu. Marina, kaldığımız süre boyunca çok kibar, yardımsever ve gerçekten ilgiliydi. Burayı Kavala'yı ziyaret eden herkese şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum!
