Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with kitchen, shower room & living room. The bedroom & shower room are freshly decorated for 2026. Guests have a separate entrance which is separated by two doors from the main house. You are welcome to use the garden & bar-be-que and sit anywhere. We have a very friendly dog who generally stays away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy. Cot bed available to hire for £15

It is in a quiet and peaceful location, set-back from the road but in the comfort of a handful of other dwellings. It is just a 30 minute walk or 10 minute drive to Malvern and has direct road links to Ledbury, Hereford and Worcester. Upon prior enquiry/arrangement, we can accommodate up to two children and also one well-behaved dog to stay with guests.

You are 5 minutes walk to the Malvern Festival Theatre, Malvern Hills and the towns, bars, restaurants, and shops. The 3 Counties Showground is just 10 minutes drive, as is the Morgan Factory.

The house is a self contained, annexe to the Stables. It is comfortably furnished and has a small private garden with patio to the rear of the building.
