Candice is an excellent host. She is also extremely kind. Clear communication. Nice, cozy and tidy place. I booked this place for my friend's family for one day. Their feedback was that it was a lot better than a hotel. Will definitely use again whenever we need to. Best part is that there is no neighbours so you get the whole floor to yourself. Sainsbury's is just opposite. Very close to high street. Would absolutely recommend especially if you have kids. They will love it.

Akintunde's place was beautiful in and out. The decor was just like the pictures. Checkin and checkout were smooth. Communication was seamless . The home was very clean and well maintained. A perfect 5 star experience for me.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Anand's. The apartment was clean and as described on the listing. Excellent location close to Brentwood high street, plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants cafes etc. and a short walk (10/15 minutes) to the train station which has Elizabeth line with direct trains into central London. Anand was very helpful and accommodated our extra requests such as providing cots for our baby and toddler, high chair and toddler toilet seat which made our stay much more relaxed. He was quick to respond to messages and easy to get in touch with when necessary. I am happy to recommend a stay at Anand's and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Great location for exploring Rochester

Nice accomodation

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Denzel's place! The flat itself is incredibly stylish with a really cool design that we loved. It was the perfect base for our trip. One of the biggest conveniences was the parking. We traveled by car, and being able to park right in front of the house was a huge plus. Denzel provided us with a daily parking permit, which made everything seamless and stress-free. The location is ideal for anyone looking to explore the area. We were mainly there to visit Rochester, and the flat is super close, making it very easy to get to all the historic sites. We were also pleasantly surprised to find how near we were to the marina, which was a really cool spot to walk around and enjoy.

The house was beautiful, tastefully updated and very well organized. We loved using the fireplaces and Kate had the house nicely decorated for the holidays. The kitchen was wonderful and we enjoyed cooking our Christmas dinner there. It was a perfect setting for a vacation rental, lovely grounds, footpaths just around the corner, just perfect! And Kate was very responsive to all our requests. Recommended great local restaurants and a 13th century church for Christmas Day. Excellent accommodation! We loved it!

Just wow, this is possibly the nicest Airbnb I’ve stayed in! Beautiful house, everything was high quality, kitchen had everything we could need! We were a big group staying for my daughter’s wedding locally & it was just perfect! I’d come back to this area just for this house!

Stayed for 8 nights and we were very much at home. Doris is an excellent host and super generous. She even prepared a fresh loaf of bread and multiple choices of coffee, cereals, condiments, cheese and multiple sets of toiletries. The house is very clean and organised. We had a very enjoyable and hassle- free stay. Everything was as described and there were tea and coffee available. Husband took us to buy groceries as we did not have a car.

Robert was a great host and quick to fix any minor issues. Super house in a quiet area. I was working in the area but if you are a bird watcher there is lots to do. The local pub was very welcoming too. The loo is downstairs which may worry some but was fine with us. The garden was dog friendly as it was fully enclosed. The decor is super stylish.

We had a quick but lovely stay. The house is super cute and cozy and well located. Karen and her family were very friendly and made us feel at home. We are definitely coming back next year.

Perfect location a stone throw from the shore, near Neptune Pub (right on beach) and Wheelers Restaurant on the high street. Interesting independent shops, quirky coffee shops and pubs tucked in back streets. Wonderful beer garden and restaurants. A lovely get away just an hour away for me.

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! The place was clean, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive. The location was perfect, close to everything. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Chris & Hilary were wonderful hosts, they were very proactive and made sure we had every bit of detail about the property and its surroundings. The property is beautiful and clean and its located within short walking distance from the beach. We also loved the private park garden which was our pull factor to the property. Check-in and checkout process was very easy and straightforward. The Internet speed was great and the bed is very comfy. Me and my wife tried to think of any room for improvement to feedback to the hosts and we struggled to come up with anything. We definitely found our holiday home in Southend-on-Sea and we cant wait to stay there again. Thank you Chris & Hilary!

Beautiful place to stay and the pub in walking distance is an absolute bonus

Terrific location in central Chelmsford with restaurants, supermarket and other stores on the doorstep. Everything about the apartment was excellent - very clean and some day one necessities were supplied. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there next time I need accommodation in the area.
