In unserem ca. 30 qm großen „Studio“ bleiben keine Wünsche unerfüllt! Das helle und freundliche Studio ist modern und attraktiv eingerichtet. Ein erholsamer Schlaf ist durch das gemütliche 5* Boxspringbett und das hochwertige Schlafsofa sicher! Außerdem befindet sich eine sehr hochwertige, vollausgestattete Küche in dem „Studio“ sowie ein Essbereich. Unseren Gästen steht ein Satelliten-TV 40“- LED und kostenfreies WLAN zu Verfügung. Im eigenen Badezimmer finden unsere Gäste ein WC, Waschbecken, Föhn und eine Dusche. Hochwertige Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ebenfalls enthalten. Lovingly furnished apartment in Aschaffenburg city center in a very quiet location. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the view is fantastic. Only 900 m from Aschaffenburg train station, 500 m to the city center and 250 m from the Main. The apartment has a bedroom, living room with sofa bed and a kitchen-living room. Bathroom and toilet are separate rooms. Equipped with high speed Wi-Fi TV with cable connection. The music system can be controlled via Bluetooth. The windows can be darkened.

The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. The spacious living and dining area is completed by the wardrobe in the entrance area as well as a office corner. The kitchen offers you everything you need, as well as a small coffee and tea bar, which will make it easier for you to start your day. In the bathroom, you can expect a big shower with rainwater shower and a towel warmer!

The fully equipped, modern apartment (95 m²) with separate entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. In the spacious and bright apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The quiet location invites you to take walks and excursions to the nearby vineyards and the surrounding area. The center of Groß-Umstadt with its historic market square is 4 km away, Darmstadt 24 km and Aschaffenburg 26 km. The train station (700 m) offers connection to the public transport network.

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

For ideal indoor air, an air purifier with HEPA/activated carbon filter is available to remove pollen, odors, airborne allergens, etc.

You can reach us quickly and conveniently via the A3, A45 and the four-lane B469. We offer cyclists a lockable garage. Since there is no kitchen or cooking facilities, the apartment is only suitable for fitters.

Holiday home at Löffeltrinkerplatz

The apartment is located in the center of Seligenstadt on the 2nd floor. Market square, monastery, Freihof and Main can be reached on foot in one minute. The train station is about 5 minutes by foot to the swimming pool in about 8 minutes. The apartment was completely newly created in 2016. The furnishings are new.
