Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The bathroom and kitchen were completely renovated in January and February 2026. As a welcome gift, you will find 1 bottle of cola, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of our local beer (Kölsch) per adult in the fridge.

Our guest house covers approximately 70 square meters (753 square feet) over two floors and can accommodate up to six people. The property is ideal for trade fair visitors, families, friends, installers, or smaller groups. Three comfortable double beds (each 1.60 x 2.00 m) are available in two rooms, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. A bus stop (line 260 with a direct connection to Cologne Central Station) and a supermarket are just a three-minute walk away.
