"Day-Off" Traditional Island Villa

Since 2017, we've hosted more than 90 groups of guests, providing excellent accommodation in a relaxed, beautiful, quiet and friendly environment. It's a traditional island villa built by our family with love, respecting the island's identity, nature and architecture. The villa is spacious and ideal for 6-7 guests. It has a large yard with a built-in grill, a furnace and a shower spot next to the garden sitting/dinning area. Trust us for your vacation and make great summer memories!

Modern beachfront ground floor apartment (90 m2) with large shaded terraces and a private garden with direct access to the beach. The interior spaces are bright and tastefully decorated in tones of white. There are two bedrooms with double king size beds and two ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living space area with amazing sea views. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests (kids must me 2yrs or older).

Zen Villa Porto Molo

Welcome to Zen Villa Porto Molo, a country house located in Avdira Lefkippos beach right on the beautiful beach of PORTO MOLO. The villa has a private parkin, a large yard, a balcony with a unique sea view. Right next to it is the famous beach bar Porto Molo and a tavern with Greek cuisine. The space is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 wc and an open plan living room with kitchen on one level that can accommodate up to 8 people.

The apartment is located in a field village of Xanthi (Genisea) only 10 minutes from the town of Xanthi and 15 minutes from the sea. It is ideal to accommodate a family or two couples.
