Monica’s place was outstanding The pictures did not do justice to the views Wow! Monica was very good communicating with us right from the start Check in was very straightforward and she even left us a bottle of Prosecco and water Monica is very thoughtful and her place was spotless and well furnished She responded very promptly to all our questions and offered great recommendations for transport , shops and restaurants Overall our stay was beyond our expectations and we are definitely coming back next year Hopefully by which time the C10 bus may be regular 😂 and on time !

Very good location in Varenna. Everything is in walking distance. You have to expect a lot of people, but the apartment is in a quiet area. Very nice owners on the second floor who are happy to give you recommendations on experiences and restaurants. Recommended!

We loved staying at sisters house . Great location, clean, great amenities . Elena was easy to work with and very responsive and flexible . She booked restaurants for us and was very helpful . We highly recommend staying here. Ciao!

We had a wonderful stay in Tremezzo. The appartement is very well located with a great view and a lovely garden. The beddings and towels are great quality, the kitchen is very well equipped , perfect for familles.

Comfortable and clean place with a spectacular view of Lake Como. We had our own parking space which is a must around the lake. We took the bus up to Bellagio one day. Nice seafood restaurant next door. We ate there 2 nights. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Thank you so much for an incredible stay. The apartment is amazing, with beautiful views. Maurizio was a super helpful host and was really clear prior to booking about the building works next door. They didn't effect our stay at all in the 3 days there was barely any noise (i think most the major construction is complete anyway). Maurizio gave us some lovely recommendations and with a car it's really easy to get around. Would definitely recommend and love to come back!

Picturesque setting! Villa felt like home!

Great for big families with children. Very clean quit place. Walkable distance from lake, local restaurants and grocery stores. We had a great time, children loved staying there. My 6 years old child decided to buy that exact house when he grows up :)

Could not have asked for a better place to stay! The view was stunning, the neighbors were so friendly and sweet, the home itself was perfect and had everything we needed, and there was so much to do in the local area. Will definitely be recommending in the future!!

Francesca’s home was the perfect place to begin our vacation in Bellagio. Upon our arrival, her warm and welcoming husband greeted us, making us feel instantly at home in Italy. Francesca was at the house as well, which felt like staying at a beloved grandmother’s cozy retreat nestled on a hillside with stunning views of the lake. The home was well-equipped with all the comforts one could need. Conveniently, there was a bus stop just about 300 feet up the road, offering an easy ride into Bellagio for only 4 Euro. We also enjoyed using their electric bikes to explore the area. Mornings were spent enjoying breakfast on the patio, relaxing in the garden, and taking in the beautiful lake views from our bedroom window. It was truly a magical and memorable experience.

We felt very comfortable at Susanna's. The apartment is located in a small charming village and you are 3 minutes from a pebble beach section of the lake, which was perfect for our dog! The apartment has everything you need and the bed is nice and large and comfortable. Susanna even allowed us to arrive earlier and she is very warm!

Great apartment above Menaggio. The view from the terrace of Lake Como and the mountains is fantastic. The apartment is very cozy and well equipped and is in a very quiet environment. The center of Menaggio is a short walk away, good hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Georgia Louise responded immediately to questions and was very helpful. This place is highly recommended!

Beautiful home and art studio. Wonderful host and family. From start to finish this trip and the home we stayed in was breathtaking. If Italy was represented by a person Raffaele would be that person. We were blessed to call his home our home for a few days.

Innocenta and Fabio’s sparkling, spacious apartment was the perfect base for a wonderful stay in Varenna on Lake Como. The apartment itself is beautiful with everything we needed - a great bathroom, abundance of towels, shampoo etc and a well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed. Everything was spotless and the attention to detail was amazing. Innocenta and Fabio provided a lot of food and snacks and a delicious apperitivo and nibbles to welcome us. The apartment has a garden for the use of guests with lovely outdoor furniture and a panoramic view of Lake Como. To make this place even more wonderful, Innocenta and Fabio made such an effort to help and advise us - their friendly hospitality added so much value to our experience. Thank you for your kindness and for making our stay so memorable.

The location was amazing. Seems like a brand new condo! Cristina responded quickly. The living room and bedroom were in separate areas so you had to go outside to get to the bedroom which we were totally fine with just a lot of keys!! This spot is perfect and a bus stop is right outside!

Dear Yvonne, Thank you for the great time. We had everything we needed in the apartment. The large, fenced garden was great for our little son. He was able to get out on his own and play football. Yvonne's grandson was another plus as a great teammate. Yvonne was always quick to respond to questions. The location is great, great view, but not too high, so you are quickly on the main road. Large supermarkets and a shaded child-friendly beach 10 minutes away. We were very pleased and had a great time! The house is charming and comfortable, ideally located. It is even better and more spacious than the pictures portray. The hosts were very helpful when my son got sick. And they let us know that the train would not be available after a certain date so we could plan our travel back to the airport accordingly. There is no a.c. But we had a fan for every bedroom. All of their recommendations are terrific, especially the closest restaurant, Locanda Cavallino. We ate there twice. And the view…unreal.

We spent 7 nights in Chiara's apartment and felt very comfortable from the beginning. The apartment is spacious and was super clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and we didn't miss anything in the bathroom. We were able to park our bikes in a lockable room without any problems. You can't reach the accommodation directly by car, you should note that. The terrace is great with a fantastic view. Chiara helped us at all times and was always available. The privacy in the accommodation is absolutely guaranteed and invites you to relax. The train station and the lake can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. We would book again anytime. We had a wonderful time in Gera Lario! Gabriele was a wonderful host and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The house was stunning, especially with the balcony overlooking the lake. We felt very welcomed.

Beautiful place. We really wanted a peaceful spot with beautiful views and got exactly that. The house is up in the mountains above Lenno with access to good restaurants but it was a challenging walk from town. Recommend getting a car and taxis are not consistent. We would go back to the area and back to the same house.
