We felt very comfortable despite very bad autumn weather, as the house and its furnishings are very personal and cozy. The kitchen is a classic cottage kitchen no longer modern, but everything there that you need. The communication was fast and helpful and very friendly.

Beautiful and quiet place for a family trip, private access to the lake, nice house with comfortable rooms, kitchen, definitely better in reality than I do photos:) fire pit, lots of grass, close to two restaurants and other attractions on the lake. Agnieszka always responded quickly to our questions or small requests. The only thing I would add for comfort are large bath towels and any type of coffee maker so you can enjoy your morning coffee on the lake :)

Nice place by the lake, close to the sea. Cottage fully functional for a longer stay, very efficient communication. The only drawback is a few cottages on the property, so with more occupancy, you can feel the presence of neighbors, which can sometimes make it difficult to rest.

We spent 2 weeks full of family well-being here. The place was everything you can think of - a whirlwind, a volleyball net, a children's playground, a grill, a fire pit with wood, plenty of free space for games. The house is by the road, but there is a hedge around and the bedrooms are situated in the garden, we enjoyed plenty of privacy here. There are many interesting places nearby that can be visited with both children and even adults. The sea is within a few kilometers by car and the lake is a few steps away on foot. I especially appreciated the washing machine and dishwasher in the house, which made it easy for me to take care of my family. The only thing to be aware of are the lower beds because of the location in the loft, they are nice, but after the knee surgery, I got worse from the bed, but I had a great family with me, who always pulled me out of the bed:-D At the end of the stay, it is necessary to take into account the energy that can be paid on the spot, or later by transfer. The house is beautiful and everything matches the photos. A few minutes from the house a lake. To the sea by car about 10-15min. Everything was ready for our arrival - only when we wrote a question during the check-in day, there was no response. But everything was furnished to our satisfaction. The apartment is situated on the upper floors of the house. Thank you so much, we are happy to recommend.

We were a group of 18 people, and everyone had a comfortable bed, which was fantastic! The large dining table easily accommodated all of us, and the cozy fireplace added a wonderful atmosphere. The kitchen was spacious enough for several people to cook together without feeling cramped. The surrounding landscape was stunning, with a beautiful lake right at the doorstep. It was incredibly peaceful, and the host was very friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect – highly recommend!

I spent 7 nights in this location and would love to come back. The apartment has low standards, but I don't need much to be happy. There was a working and well stocked kitchen, large bathroom and good wifii. I was alone in the room and for part of my stay in the apartment there was 1 person with me, the woman is also quiet and very nice :) The big plus of this place is the location, I could live there! Literally a 5-minute walk to the beach <3 Quiet location, around a lot of greenery. Effortless contact with the owner, I could even extend the checkout by 3h :) So the last day without baggers until 1:00 pm on the beach. Thank you so much for your host! I recommend it to people who don't need high standards, travel on a budget, and want a little quiet and close to the beach.

We are very satisfied with the service, the price is appropriate to the place. I think that if someone wants to relax on the beach, walk, and enjoy the charms of the city, it's 100% enough to stay. This place met our expectations, and the owner is a really nice person and very helpful. Sincerely, we hope the banana bread tasted 😊

The hostess was very kind and helpful. The house was new and cozy. There were a couple of big groceries stores and a great playground around. It also was located within walking distance of the old town and beach.

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything looks exactly like in the photos, clean and a lot of love for detail. Nothing was missing, everything we needed was there and Agnieszka was always available with questions. The spiral staircase to the upper floor was no problem for my kids (2.5+4). They enjoyed a great kids room with lots of toys. In summer temperatures, a cool house and a great garden with a large terrace+barbecue are just perfect. Two cars are safely located in the driveway on the fenced property. In a few minutes you are at the Späti, on the beach and on the main mile Sopots. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the house!

Andreas the host was super friendly and nice and the check-in was super easy! Location of the house was top- walkable to the beach, forest section including playgrounds and to the supermarket! Fantastic house with a great garden, fenced in, sand pit and BBQ. All in all we had an absolute amazing week!! Thank you again :)
