Cosy Grade II listed property sleeping 6 guests, in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The house is in Shipton Under Wychwood and dates back to the 16th century. The house has retained many wonderful character features, including wooden beams, exposed stonework and a stunning wood burning fireplace. Situated down a quite lane with no through traffic, the newly re-opened Lamb Inn pub just 100 steps from the house (with in house dining available) the house is perfectly placed for everything you need.

The cottage is just over an hour away from London yet surrounded by beautiful countryside and there are plenty of walks straight from the door across the picturesque Evenlode valley. Shakespeare’s Stratford is less than an hour away if you want to go a little further afield.

Self-contained Annex

Our self contained annex is on two floors with a separate entrance. The ground floor has a kitchen and dining space, with fridge/freezer, cooker & washing machine together with the basic cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery. The first floor contains the large bedroom and en-suite shower room. There is a standard double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair. WiFi is provided. Situated at the entrance to a quiet cul- de-sac there is a bus stop outside and the train station is a 15 minute walk away.
