By coming to Lapoutroie, you will enter the heart of the Welche country with its traditions, heritage, history, leisure, gastronomy and authenticity. The village is located 15 minutes from Kaysersberg (elected Favorite French Village in 2017) and 20 minutes from the ski slopes (winter) and bike park (spring, summer) of the Lac Blanc resort. The farm is located on the heights of the village, where you will enjoy the calm and the many hiking trails nearby.

At the top of the mountain, in the middle of the fields, our house located directly on the hiking trails, 5 minutes from Lake Gérardmer and 15 minutes from the ski slopes. A subtle blend of contemporary and old to make you feel at home!

"La Belle Échappée" is a new construction located on a 900 m² lot. This superb fully equipped 180 m² chalet on 3 levels can accommodate 10 people. The proximity of the lake, hiking trails and ski slopes promise you beautiful getaways. When you return from your getaways, you can enjoy the large games room (billiards, Bonzini foosball, darts) and the traditional Finnish sauna. To travel light, linens and towels are provided.

My place is perfect for families (with kids) and four-legged friends. It is at the end of a path, direct access to hiking trails, stunning views of the Tholy Valley, a real getaway in the heart of nature! Located 9 km from Gérardmer, the location is very convenient. This is my primary residence, which I rent out temporarily.
