Valérie’s place is quiet oasis in a great location for exploring the local region. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay and the local village has some great restaurants.

Luderic is a great host. The house fully met our expectations. The fenced garden is ideal for our three dogs. Nearby you can also walk the dogs. A good address for us on the way to Spain. On our way back, we will stay there again. 5 out of 5 stars

Very satisfied with our stay in this beautiful region full of natural and cultural riches. Welcoming accommodation in a small quiet hamlet (almost too quiet... we didn't see anyone!). Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. We recommend this place without reservation.

Fabrice, with whom we were able to interact, is very welcoming, friendly and available as needed. The accommodation is impeccable, care is taken. The proximity to the RN does not interfere with a good night's sleep. The value for money is great. Don't change anything. I recommend it 100%!

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

a beautiful house in a beautiful environment. a splendid view of the valley. quiet, and far from everything. we were there to ride a bike with a pied-à-terre. Via Rhona is 30 minutes away by bike. but the area is fantastic for this activity. a beautiful pool in a beautiful setting. a beautiful, clean, modern house with everything you need. 3 beautiful bedrooms + a room that serves as a bedroom with a sofa bed with a very good mattress. The only downside is that there is no shed or garage available to store bikes and accessories.

We had a great time, the setting is beautiful with a beautiful view and tranquility, the accommodation is perfect and well decorated, we enjoyed the plancha, the jacuzzi and the pool. The host is super responsive to any requests. i highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay at Anais’ property. She was very kind and understanding in her communications when we had a family emergency and allowed for some very much appreciated flexibility. Thank you so much, Anais! The house is beautiful, in a very remote, peaceful area amongst vineyards. The views are gorgeous and it is wonderful to be surrounded by so much nature. We loved the markets recommended and enjoyed long days in the pool. The shallow end is perfect for young children and the hot tub was also nice for evenings. The house was very clean and the pool towels were wonderfully plush! We would love to return. The only things of note are that there were a lot of bees and wasps around the pool during most days. Overall it was ok but three of us did get stung (so good to know if you have an allergy). We also had the crow that other reviewers mentioned knocking on the kitchen window in the morning (which is actually quite funny once you realize what is happening but did wake us up).

Very large and pleasant house for large groups. Everything comes together for a good time. Too bad there was only one fridge out of the two that worked.

An absolutely wonderful family stay! The house is tastefully decorated, it immediately feels like home. The setting, surrounded by vines, is simply beautiful and very soothing, perfect for unwinding. I did not believe it was going to be as picturesque as it was - absolutely as described… walking distance to the fantastic Domaine Mourchon winery (25-30 mins) great bakery - check opening times. 2 un tested restaurants, again check opening times. Wonderful views with fantastic noisey Swallows morning and evening :-)

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever been to. The accommodation is beautiful, tastefully decorated and warm. I can only recommend it if you want to discover the Ardèche and stay in a spacious, cozy apartment, where you feel really good. The village of Balazuc is beautiful, and you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes, we enjoyed it. Mary is a great host, responsive and thanks to her everything was easy and chill.

We thought the apartment with the large garden and the pool use was really great. We were able to use the two terraces alternately, depending on the position of the sun. We chose this area because we could see many beautiful small places in Provence. The walk there is beautiful. Sonja and Eduard were very lovely and nice landlords, they gave us very good tips. We stayed a week in the little cottage and it was exactly what we were looking for. Lots of peace and quiet and a little sun in November. The place had an oven that made it even cozier in the evening. There are many small details that show that Fabian cares a lot about the accommodation and his guests. We would definitely come back. It was a really nice time!
