Here, on the ground floor of a charming village house, you will discover an old art gallery transformed into a cozy and comfortable cottage of about 45 square meters. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

We also have some chickens, geese, pigs, goats and our gentle horse on the property. Nestled in a small hamlet, you can take beautiful walks or hikes. We offer a 2-room apartment on the 1st floor of our villa with a terrace and beautiful views of the countryside, 700 m from village. We are located: Close to Montélimar and its nougat museums The Ardèche gorges with its Pont-d'Arc Crocodile farm and giant tortoises Chauvet Cave....... Numerous hiking trails on site including the GR42 20 minutes from the Tricastin power station. The apartment measures 48 m2 + a covered terrace of 16 m2.
