In the heart of the peaceful village of Poet Laval Gougne, relax in this 44 m2 studio, quiet, elegant, bright, cool in summer. A large room with a sitting area (2-person sofa bed), a kitchen area, a dining area. On the mezzanine floor, a bedroom area (1 bed 2 p), a bathroom. A shaded terrace, overlooking nature. Many hiking trails nearby, river 300 m away. in the village: bakery, grocery store, post office, wine cellar, restaurant. All other shops, in Dieulefit 5 km away.

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Completely refurbished townhouse, 5-minute walk from the center of DIEULEFIT with its shops, swimming pool. A pleasant space, which can easily accommodate large family gatherings or good times with friends. Guests can enjoy the interior with its light-filled living room, equipped kitchen or small library corner for a moment of rest. Outside, a terrace located on a garden of about 70 m2 and 3 private parking spaces are available.

Located in the heart of the Drôme Provençale, the tiny is located in the village of Poët-Laval, ranked among the Most Beautiful Villages in France. Nature and culture enthusiasts will discover a multitude of activities and visits to do in the area. The tiny is located at the bottom of our property in a quiet and flowery area; a large garden is available to guests with outdoor furniture and direct access to the river.

Chez Ninou, surrounded by nature, overlooking the lavender fields

"Chez Ninou" is a lovely little one-story house completely surrounded by nature. Quiet, lined with oaks, and offering a lovely view of the lavender and the mountain of Mont-Rachas in the background. Tastefully decorated and very functional. 3 bedrooms and 2 terraces: one to the south and one to the west, perfect for sunset aperitifs. My children and I are happy to have you there.

Small house in the countryside

Small independent house in the countryside near Montélimar, about 15 minutes away. It consists, on the ground floor: of a fitted kitchen, a living room with a 140 bed plus a baby cot available, a bathroom with shower and a mezzanine bedroom with a 160 bed. With its small private garden in a very quiet and warm place. Internet access via cable + air conditioning.

Take a break and relax in this oasis of greenery and flowers. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and practical, my cottages are a starting point for wonderful hikes on the Lance massif or in the Baronnies. A trip to the pool will reward your efforts, before the aperitif and the evening petanque.
