An old two-bedroom loft in the heart of Annecy Old Town - with a balcony over the river Thiou. The perfect escape for adventurous couples & families. While the medieval street below is bustling with restaurants and street markets; this fourth-floor loft is calm and peaceful. The shaded balcony has views over the rooftops, and the turquoise river directly below. Built-in the 14th century it is full of creaky floorboards and character, as well as modern comforts, including fibre internet.

Folk Loft! Bright, 120sqm, heart of the old town!

Amazing 120m2 loft in duplex in the heart of the old town on the "Sainte Claire" place. Fresh and vintage decoration, very bright and calm with all bed rooms facing the Castle to the south over the roofs. The location is ideal with all restaurants, bars and shop a few steps away. By foot or bike, escape the old town in a few minutes and find yourself parading around our so charming lake, breathing the amazing air of the surrounding mountains. There you are, enjoying :-)

Located in the heart of Annecy 400 m from the train station and 1 km from the lake, you will be very well placed to shine in the city and beyond! A free private parking space is also available for you.

Rated 4 stars for 4 people since March 23rd. Characterful apartment, 100 m2 located in the heart of Annecy city center, pedestrian street, less than 200 m from the lake. Renovated entirely by an architect, enjoy the charm of wood and stone while having beautiful bright spaces and dedicated spaces: 2 bedrooms + bathroom, a large living room and a kitchen...which overlooks the quiet terrace! Enough to relax and enjoy our Venice of the Alps as a lover or family!

Annecy Loft 32 m² quiet, lake and center 7 min walk

Loft of 32 m² on the 2nd floor of an old house, close to the old Annecy and its pedestrian streets, completely renovated at the end of 2019, with a new roof including attic insulation made in May 2022 , very quiet and very bright (4 Velux, 1 window) to spend a few days to discover Annecy and enjoy its lake. Composed of a main room overlooking a sleeping area (bed 140), a well equipped kitchen, and a bathroom - toilet. (no elevator)

Aix les bains less than 15 minutes away (Aix les bains Nord highway access). Halfway between Annecy and Chambéry. Loft composed of 2 bedrooms one with a bathtub, the other with walk-in shower, the bedding (160/200) is of very good quality and the beds are ready, you have at your disposal Bath sheets, bath towels and washcloths. The sofa unfolds to get extra bedding for 2 people, we can add a 90x200 mattress to the floor.
