Hello 👋🏼 My apartment is in the old town. It's close to the train station and the city center. Annecy is small, so you can easily access the lake from my place. You'll appreciate the comfort, space, location, decor, and old-world charm combined with a modern style, especially the Lego kitchen and exposed beams. Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

Situated in pedestrian zone in the historic district, in an 18th century building with digital code, in the 3rd floor, the apartment was done up like new, view to garden, at the foot of the castle. You will find all the necessary comfort to relax you, and the charm of former days. District very lively in summer, rich in businesses and restaurants and more authentic the other seasons It has a private covered parking in 5 min on foot, at the top of the coast perrière (free arrangement).

La Bubble Suite, Rue Pedestrian Vieille Ville LAC!

The Bubble Suite is located in the historic district of Old Annecy on the pedestrian street leading to the lakefront Passover (3 minutes walk)! We renovated the apartment to make it a comfortable place to live while still retaining the character of the 19th century (old beams, decorative stone fireplace, storage niches...). The alliance of contemporary and the character of the old make it cozy place where you can feel good!
