Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Le Hom

For a stay in Normandy, this is the ideal rental, located between Mont St Michel, St-Malo on one side and the landing beaches, Caen, Deauville, Etretat etc. on the other. Philippe welcomed us upon our arrival with kindness, a small bottle of cider in the fridge as a welcome. He listened to us in relation to what we wanted to visit and sent us good detailed addresses throughout our stay on the different visits and dining places and various things to do in the area. We had a great time at Carine's place. It felt like home. Carine and her husband are very nice and their dog is very friendly (she got along well with our dog). We easily found things to do near the home. If you want a vacation in the heart of nature, don't hesitate!

Isabelle and Alain are extremely attentive and discreet hosts at the same time. The house is very nice: remarkably clean, neat decor, good bedding and a well-equipped kitchen. The exterior is peaceful overlooking a lovely garden not overlooked. We had a great time at Renée's on their recommendation, thank you! We'll be happy to go back!

One of the best AIRBNB I got. The House is truly a gem, with a great pool. Perfect for 2-4 persons and to discover Normandie.

A small peaceful area, ideal for recharging your batteries. With nice walks nearby. The large balcony terrace with views of the countryside is lovely. The vintage decor of the accommodation is very nice.

We had a pleasant stay at the key of the fields. The place is great for relaxing away from any hustle and bustle. Everything is very well thought out and no equipment missing. We could walk to the village of Pont-d 'ouilly, where there are many shops and quality. Really perfect! Thank you and see you soon!

As others have mentioned this is an excellent holiday flat and superb base from which to explore Normandy and the beautiful city of Caen. The flat is clean, comfortable and is very well equipped for self-catering though the nearby town center bars and restaurants may tempt you out at little more that you planned. Highlights include secure and convenient parking, excellent bathroom and shower, comfortable bed and the bonus of a lovely private garden to kick back while sampling the local calvados in the evening. As mentioned the flat is very central with a five minute walk into the center for fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Caen itself is full of surprises with beautiful churches and abbeys combined with a very laid back atmosphere. Though we did not meet Christine her ongoing communication was both discrete and charming. Book you wont regret it. 5 stars all round

Cozy unique apartment with beautiful view to an old church. It is also in a beautiful shopping street with pubs and restaurants. The aparment itself has everything you need, and you get alot of value for your money. The owner answers quick and with clear instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, quiet and clean apartment. Only the WiFi didn't work or maybe we didn't know how to use it. The bathroom is too small, you can't even wash your feet in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything else was great. Thank you.

We had an incredible stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The location is absolutely unbeatable — you literally open the back gate and step right onto the sand. It was such a treat to wake up and be at the beach within seconds. The house itself was spotless and really well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the bathroom was stocked with all the essentials. The kids loved the dedicated room and play area — it made the whole stay even more relaxing for us. It’s hard to find a place that offers this kind of location and comfort at such great value. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful views and well-catered. Check in was easy with Katrin who spoke very good English, which was good because our French isn't great! Cabourg itself is lovely and only a 5-10 min walk away.

I have stayed in many Airbnb apartments in Caen in recent weeks for business trips and this one is probably the best value for money Very convenient proximity to Monoprix and Biocoop as well as the city center, I would recommend it.
