The spot is ideal, the apartment is great, super clean, kitchen is great, good quality bedding. WiFi, cable TV, air conditioning... water tank in case of local power outage... and parking in front of the apartment, private beach -100 m from the apartment. Greengrocers, supermarkets, stadium, restaurants, beaches, and the Ilet du Gosier accessible by swimming or with shuttles... everything is accessible. Everything was perfect, even the concierge is available and responsive to needs... I would recommend it without reservation. Thank you Jerome for your attention

I stayed there for 50 days, pure happiness. Impeccably clean apartment with all the appliances and accessories needed for everyday life. Mr. Frédéric is intentional and friendly. They go so far as to take steps to make it easier for you to adapt. The apartment is located in the very heart of beautiful Guadeloupe. Nearby you will find a dozen restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and shops. I would definitely recommend Mr. Frécéric's apartment.

Travel group: We were a family with children on vacation in Guadeloupe Location: The apartment is located in Bas du Fort. Great for exploring both parts of the island. In addition, the apartment is quiet, but walking distance to bars, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. Apartment: The apartment is fully furnished. Maryse also provides laundry detergent, shower gel, and soap. There are also towels and beach sheets. The air conditioning ensures a perfect ambient climate. The four bedrooms are spacious and have queen-size beds. Both bathrooms also offer space and comfort. There's even a cooler so we can take cold drinks to the beach. Host: Maryse is a great host. She is always available and makes every effort to show you everything related to the apartment upon your arrival. The welcome fruit basket was a very kind gesture.

Bright, clean, comfortable apartment, perfect for a family of 4. Well located in the center of Guadeloupe. Close to good restaurants, grocery store and shopping mall within walking distance. We loved the beautiful large terrace! We would highly recommend it!

Large cozy villa. Pleasant kitchen and can accommodate several marmitons. Large rooms. A/C in the rooms only and only between 8am and 8am. We would have appreciated the PM air conditioning for our naps. Awesome location - everything can be done on foot (restaurants, grocery stores, fruit shop, bakery). Easy access to the sea is a 20 minute walk. It is very hot in February-March - our stay. We would have appreciated the use of a pool. We had a standing fan - it would have taken another one to hunt mosquitoes especially around 5pm. Steeve responds quickly to our requests. This is a site with several rented villas - you have to like or not this conviviality with the other tenants - Despite the proximity to the road that leads to Gosier center, the villa is very quiet - You can't hear traffic even at night. The showers are very functional without water outage with plenty of hot water.

Very nice house, quiet but at the same time central, making it easy to explore the island. The house is traditional, but well maintained, it is spacious and very pleasant. The master suite is huge, the children's room is quite large too, and there is plenty of storage. We stayed there with 3 children and we were very comfortable. The kitchen and the house are well equipped, the tank allows for continuous water despite the water outages. We had internet issues and Stéphane added us an Airbox, which helped a lot. The terrace has a great view of the Marina de Bas du Fort, is well shaded, and the pool is bigger than I expected, and very beautiful too. The nearby Leclerc makes it easy to stock up, as long as you have a car. It's easy to park in front of the house. We'll be back!

The listing was consistent with the photos with a nice surprise the pool was secured by gates for children. Ideal location beach restaurant and market on foot, visit different sites on a day. Our family gathering will remain unforgettable for young and old. Thanks to David.

Great stay! The house is impeccable, even prettier than in the photos. You shouldn't be afraid of the climb by car, but once up there you clearly feel like you're in a cocoon. The kitchen is impeccable, well-equipped. Cleaning products are available which makes the "turnkey" side easier. The living areas were very nice, bright and spacious. Our hosts: just adorable, very attentive and responsive. We highly recommend it!

We stayed 14 days and loved it. Quiet location close to the marina where there is a multitude of restaurants, 6 minutes to Datcha beach and Friday night market! The pool with its layout was very pleasant after a day of sightseeing and beach and Chantal is very welcoming! We would recommend it without hesitation.

Beautiful house, very well located, with a great view of the Gosier Island. Very convenient to shine around the island. Clean and very well appointed villa with many amenities especially for children (umbrella bed, high chair, changing mat, beach toys) and the beach (mask, snorkel...). Very good stay at Christel's, the apartment matches the listing perfectly, with magnificent views and direct access to the beach. Christel was very responsive to our requests. Big plus of this apartment, the buffer tank that allows you to have water at the tap in case of numerous cuts in Guadeloupe. I highly recommend this listing.

An excellent stay spent at this accommodation for our 15 days in Guadeloupe. There were 6 of us, each had their privacy and the 2 bathrooms are very convenient. We are already nostalgic for the view from the kitchen. Regarding the host, nothing to say, very responsive and pleasant. Location and accessibility at the top, and peace and quiet of the neighborhood. We recommend eyes closed.

We had a great time at Steeve's place. The house is located in a quiet and secure residence close to the beach. The accommodation is lovely.
