❤Very nice apartment of 50m² in a small quiet residence with beautiful sea view, 2 steps (4min walk!) from the beach "La Datcha" and just in front of the island of Gosier! ❤The apartment consists of - 1 superb kitchen equipped with a view of the island, - 1 large living room overlooking the island, - 1 beautiful air-conditioned room with a very large bed (180x200cm), - 1 bathroom with bathtub (+1 separate toilet). ❤Its large terrace will allow you to have lunch while enjoying the soft trade winds and the sun on the deckchair!

100 m2 duplex apartment with ventilated terrace, cozy and very quiet😌 Drinking water tank!! Secure reservation with beautiful sea view and islands. (On the 4th floor, no elevator from the main entrance, 5th floor of the parking lot.) Air conditioned bedrooms. Large secure pool, unsupervised. Gosier is an ideal location for visiting the island and the beach is less than 2 Kms away. You will benefit from the trade winds that will provide you with good ventilation and that will protect you from mosquitoes!

Studio located in the center of the village of Gosier, less than 200 m from the Datcha beach and the Gosier night market on Friday evening. Located on the ground floor of our house with fully independent access and direct access to the pool (to share with us). Composed of a large air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 bed, 1 en-suite bathroom with washing machine, and an equipped outdoor kitchen under a covered terrace. Linens provided.

The residence is secure and is located in the village of Le Gosier; 10 minutes walk from the beach of the datcha, restaurants and shops. The place is ideal for a couple on vacation. The studio has an oven, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, fridge, TV, WI-FI.
