Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Le Chinaillon

On the occasion of our 10th anniversary with my partner, we stayed for a weekend in this little cocoon of tranquility. Everything was absolutely perfect, the cottage is cozy, tastefully decorated and has everything you need. And what a pleasure to be able to enjoy the jacuzzi after a long day of hiking, really the cherry on top! Thank you for this timeless weekend and for your kindness. We'll be sure to recommend the Mazot du Berger to our friends and family!

Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

Exceptional view and cottage, we can't wait to visit again

Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well equipped (better than described), the magnificent view, and the sauna and jakuzi great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

It was everything and more 😊 A very warm and above-and-beyond host. Was a treat to live in such a cosy but spacious Chalet, while in Chamonix ⛷️

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and offered a truly stunning view — perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The fenced property was a huge plus for us, as it made it easy to bring our dog along without any worries. We really appreciated the privacy and peaceful atmosphere. Although the house is located directly on the road, it didn’t bother us at all. There isn’t much to do in the immediate area, but if you’re looking for rest and relaxation, this is the perfect spot.

A wonderful stay! Relaxing and very quiet. The jacuzzi and pool are really a very nice plus. The house is cool, the American fridge is a plus too. Parking space and not overlooked outside.

This was a PERFECT location of our large group! Gorgeous and very well taken care of. It was so beautiful that we decided to just hang around the house on some days :) Vincent and I communicated before and during our stay as he wanted to make sure that all was going well. He was always receptive and available when we had questions. You can't go wrong with this lovely home. I will definitely come back if it is still available!!!

We had a great stay in Annecy at Les Eaux Vives. Everything was communicated very clearly and in advance of check in and check out, even sending reminders, which was great and worry-free. The agency which handles the booking for the host was very responsive at all times. The place was lovely, well equipped and clean. The kids loved the "nook" beds upstairs and everyone had a great stay. The surroundings and the view were stunning! We met the host on a couple of occasions, very nice and welcoming. Would book again.

We spent this short stay in a true haven of peace. Everything is done to relax and enjoy the place perched in the heights of Lake Annecy. Bernard and Ta are exceptionally kind and welcoming.... We hope to be able to return soon.

Great house in secluded area of the campsite, very near dog friendly beach and all the sights of the lake. Turid was very responsive to the queries we had. Recommend.

The accommodation offered by Charly is absolutely amazing, very atypical, in a green setting. We really enjoyed the Nordic bath, as well as the garden leek fondue and breakfast. We'll be sure to come back in winter. Best regards, Caroline and Nicolas.

Our family Christmas in Gruffy was simply amazing in this beautiful dream home 20min from Annecy. Comfortably slept the group of 8, and was so nicely setup with loads of amenities. The gym, spa and sauna were a real bonus Nicolas was an exceptional host, giving us loads of recommendations before our arrival, and left the house setup magically for Xmas. He even arranged for it to snow heavily for us on the night we arrived, so our kids experienced their first white Christmas! Nicolas even drove 5 hrs through the night to help us with a minor technical issue that could have waited, but he insisted on getting to us ASAP to help. Legend.

Great chalet near the bus stop to Morzine/Avoriaz. Looks a bit like Soho Farmhouse (iykyk) and was easy to find. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting in the living room. The shared hot tub was a treat, perfect for group trip. We would love to stay there again.

This place was perfect for us. Close to the host’s house, but that wasn’t a problem for us. In a quiet area but close to the train station to get into town and they provided a card for free travel on the train. Also easy access to a walking trail by the river. We had a great time at this place.

Exceptional location with lovely lake views and absolute calm. The accommodation is very charming, spacious and well thought out, our cats loved being able to climb up high and observe nature through the large windows (yes pets are allowed!). Note that there was no air conditioning while it was mentioned on the listing, it seems that it is only installed for the two months of summer, but there are enough openings to be able to ventilate properly when it is cooler.
