In summer, you will take advantage of the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and gliding with two small family ski resorts nearby : Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the plateau du Revard (40 min) for cross-country and hiking. The chalet is perfect for a couple or a family , ideally located between lakes and mountains and only 15 kms or so from Annecy and Aix-Les-Bains. The Bauges Massif offers lots of activities like cross-country and downhill skiing , biking or horse riding ….. You will take the most of a wonderful view on the Semnoz Mountain as well as the peacefulness of the village (Héry-Sur-Alby) , while being really close to the town and all its services.
