Ideally located in a quiet area and all shops and transport are at the foot of the house. An industrial building completely renovated in 2016 with taste and love. 15 minutes' drive from the airport and train station, 12/15 minutes from the city center and 25/30 from the island of Nantes (the machines of the island etc.) by transport (free on weekends!!!). Guests will enjoy the roof top terrace (barbecue and relaxation) as well as the Jacuzzi (5/6 people). Linens and towels will be provided for traveling light.

Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.

Our stay at Bruno's was fantastic. We were in France for family visits and this cottage was by far the perfect place to stay. Everything was great: from the beds, to the kitchen, bathroom, living room with large TV and garden with even a BBQ available. It all looked new and neat. Our host Bruno was very warm before and during our trip and responded quickly to our questions. All in all it was a nice experience. Absolutely recommended!

Very nice stay in this cottage with children and grandchildren. Everyone was able to enjoy it, the pool, secure, was much appreciated, as well as the grounds with beautiful oaks. Tables in the living room and on the terrace suitable for large families, very welcoming living room with room for everyone, comfortable rooms and bedding. Our stay was very nice, well-equipped house, very well-equipped kitchen, the layout is nice with the central island. The 2 toilets are appreciable, spacious house. This townhouse requires us to park in a "warning" zone in front of the door to unload, but free parking is available 2 minutes' walk away. I recommend this rental, the communication with the host is clear and precise.
