It is a renovated house in an old agricultural building with charm Among the fields and vineyards ,you will spend a quiet stay, the birdsong all day, frogs in the evening in summer . 5 minutes from the village with essential shops. We will welcome you with great pleasure in our old 22 m2 winepress renovated in 2018. With a nice covered terrace. you will have a fully-equipped kitchen area, a foldaway bed in the living room, a shower room. We are on a landscaped space of 2400m2 close to the village of our municipality of Champtoceaux (all shops within walking distance, open swimming pool in July and August in the center of town).
