For nature lovers, 2km of ski resort and Mont-Dore, breathtaking views of the Massif du Sancy/Capucin (wide sliding bay on terrace). Renovated in 2019 integrated kitchen, lounge with closed fireplace, lounge with fireplace. In self-management, cleaning to be done on departure if not to be booked at the concierge. 5 people max.

Beautiful view for this apartment located on the 4th floor with elevator access. Downtown 200 m away Skating rink, bowling alley 50 m, the latter has: washing machine, dryer, equipped kitchen including microwave oven, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, Sanseo coffee maker, raclette machine. The living room also has a 140/190 sofa bed. Sheets and towels provided upon request (€25/bed) Cleaning fee of €50 Cure Package April, May, June, September, October on request.

We had a great time at Marie and Gaëtan's place. It is close to the city center, we were able to do everything on foot. It is located in a quiet location nonetheless. We had a great time all weekend, great for great hikes. We'll be happy to go back!
