Vacation rentals with a patio in Le Broc

Bertrand was an amazing host who communicated with me throughout the trip. The apartment was spectacular and we fell in love as soon as we saw it. The location is great and walkable to everywhere. This apartment was perfect for our group of 8 and our 5 night stay in Nice. I highly recommend this place for Nice.

Apartment perfectly in line with the instructions. All the necessary services are present. Quiet and well arranged. The instructions and ease of communication with Alain are also very appreciated.

the apartment was local to public transport. The train takes you to Nice and Monaco in one direction and Ventimiglia in Italy in opposite direction. The architecture in Menton is beautiful the city is safe and very clean.

It is located near to the Fabron station and 5 mins to the beach, which is very convenient for travllers to visit city center or nearby towns like Menton or Villefranche de mer. Also the apartment itself is very well decorated and maintained with beautiful view and balcony , definitely a good choice when you visit Nice .😊

Wonderful clean and newly renovated apartment with many thoughtful touches. A joy to stay here. Walking distance to the Promenade D’Anglais, the beaches. The old town , the bike store and more. We were very well hosted by Gregory, who gave us a nice touch with cold drinks. The apartment with balcony, is restored to new, tastefully furnished, There is nothing missing, everything is well thought out (towels and bed linen included)! No parking worries, we had a space in the underground parking. The location of the apartment is great, and close to the transport line 12 to go to Nice. Feel free to rent!

A five star apartment from a five star host. Cannot say enough good things about both this apartment and our wonderful host Nico. Nico was the perfect host friendly, attentive and very helpful. The apartment is to a very high standard. It’s in a great location, 10 minutes from the old town and promenade des Anglais. Plenty excellent bars, shops and restaurants next to the apartment. Walking distance to Nice train station. The sun deck was the perfect spot to relax after a busy day with our complimentary bottle of wine. A very nice touch! Highly recommend

The space was in a perfect location for us to walk around Old Town Nice and use as a central base for exploring the area. The condo was well stocked with supplies, cleaning and kitchen basics. The two patios were lovely to relax and have a coffee and enjoy the outdoor space. The area was very close to shops and markets, but very quiet at night. The condo had a helpful guide with local recommendations and tips. I would recommend the condo to anyone visiting Nice, unless they have mobility issues, as there are a number of stairs to get into the condo and within the condo itself, which were not an issue for us.

This Airbnb is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. Every room has a balcony or court yard with beautiful views. It is so picturesque. The place was clean and we felt very safe, we really enjoyed our stay. Downstairs has a great living area to hang out as a group, with a great view. All rooms have a bathroom. It was the perfect stay! We felt so lucky to stay here! Helena was the perfect host, she was so responsive!!

Very nice rbnb, in a beautiful place! Nice reception by Bruno. The town of Rochetta Nervina is great with all its beautiful streets. Be sure to visit the "laghetti"! Very special days in this place!

Laurie's place is beyond our expectations. It's exceptionally clean including the bed linen. We were positively surprised by how clean the place is. Also, we love the style of her deco of the place: the furnitures, the home appliances. The view on the terrace to the whole city is the highlight. We wish that we could stay longer than just one short overnight as we had to catch early flight.

Mickael was a brilliant host, house is in a beautiful place and is peaceful and private. Mickael gave brilliant suggestions on what to do in the local areas.

This spot was peaceful and just what I needed. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Short walk (1km) to the beach, otherwise not a lot to do around. Would stay again!

We spent a week 5 adults (1 elderly person) 1 9-month-old baby and a 2-year-old child. The house, although with several levels, is very well organized so that everyone can find their space. The views are spectacular on the beaches of La Nartelle. The terraced garden is beautifully maintained. Pleasure for the eyes and the sense of smell. The pool at the back of the property is sunny all day and well secured. Violaine and Pierre were very considerate throughout our stay. We recommend and will be back .

My family and I stayed at this airbnb for about 5 days and it was absolutely breathtaking and incredible. There are gorgeous views from every room and plenty of space for a full family or group. Jesper was super responsive and helpful. It was very easy to get to the different little towns in the surrounding area and we would book here again in a heartbeat. One of the highlights of our trip for sure and would highly recommend booking here!

Peter was a very helpful host, his messages were clear and quickly sent. Peter met us, helped us with our bags and gave a quick but informative tour of the apartment. The apartment was well appointed with everything basic you need. It was lovely and clean. The only downside was that we were unable to hang laundry on the balcony due to building restrictions.

Very good stay in a very quiet environment with a beautiful terrace. Very well-equipped accommodation and friendly host. We would happily stay again if we have a chance.

Fabulous apartment that is well equipped with anything you need. Beautiful terrace and large windows that allow for a lot of sunlight. The location cannot be any more convenient as there is a tram stop a 15 second walk away and a delicious bakery a couple blocks down. Serge was a great host and provided lovely recommendations for the local area at check in. We had a great time.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Very nice apartment in a beautiful garden. The area around Tourette-sur-Loup is extremely beautiful, and the access to the town is very easy and very close by. In car it's only a few minutes and you can also walk there. My dad has a slight walking impairment, so we used the car, but the town is very charming and a great plus for the apartment. Edgar is a very friendly and helpful host, and we enjoyed staying with him.

It was a great place to stay for a vacation. As described, the surrounding environment had a beach right in front and restaurants with good ratings. The accommodation was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Thanks to that, I was able to enjoy my trip so comfortably.
