Monthly Rentals in Lax Lake

We had a great experience at this Airbnb. The host was great. He was proactive in communicating and helpful when we had questions. The bathroom was very clean and the linens and towels smelled clean and fresh. The location of this place was stellar if you want to hike, see waterfalls or the lighthouse. We enjoyed Tettegouche, Split Rock State Park, Goosebery, a hike to Cove Point and black beach. We also happened upon a great secluded beach at the base of the Beaver River right below the bridge. The downside of the location was the limited restaurants. We were there over a Sunday and Monday and a great number of restaurants were closed one or both of those days. It’s great that this Airbnb had a kitchen. We did use it for all our breakfasts and several lunches. Be aware that the kitchen is on a separate floor from the main living area, making it a bit inconvenient. Still, we were thankful it had everything we needed. We’d highly recommend this place for your North Shore visit.

The cabin was beautiful! It was private and we felt like we were removed from everything. We were able to relax and recharge. We were left great ideas for hiking, food, and sightseeing. We would love to book it again!

My husband and I had fun traveling to pink beach, black sand beach, and a national park with a lighthouse. When we weren’t running around hiking, we enjoyed the fire-pit. All in all a fun stay in a beautiful place!

We LOVED staying at the LAX Lake View house. Everything was perfect. View was amazing, house was so clean, comfortable and just as described. We had a group of 8 and everyone really loved it. The area surrounding is so peaceful and the photos on the listing are wonderful and accurate but don't even do it enough justice. I highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely be back!
