the place is very peaceful and everything you can find are here including sprout, restaurants, target. you can easily reach via car almost everything and its a great place for shopping. the place is very good and reachable. we even gave a big camel plushie just to express our gratitude. the place can cook which we saved alot of money and we had our dirty linen clean. the hist gave us free laundry detergent and it helped us alot in savings. if i can give 10 stars i would do so. more power

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jordon place is very clean and well equipped.Great kitchen with all you would require. In a great location with subway stations very close and also bus services.Does not have air con and was quite warm at times.The plane noise is somewhat loud but didn’t worry me.The area is very working class but felt safe.All in all good value for the money Thanks for the stay Jordon

Shinobu’s place was beautiful and convenient during our stay in LA! Shinobu was an incredibly responsible and flexible host who was very considerate of our needs during our stay. 10/10 would recommend Shinobu as a host and his place!

Gave very clear instructions and place was clean. We felt very safe and it was quiet. Only negative for me was that there were no nightstands in the master bedroom and outlets were far to charge our phones. The closer outlet was behind the bed and couldn’t get to it. Great stay overall and close to a lot of stores! Thank you.

For short or long stays, this is the perfect space to stay close to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to many convenience stores and restaurants. A jogging path is steps sway where you can appreciate sunsets and Mountain views . I felt very safe to walk mornings and late afternoons . Edem is very responsive offering a pleasant stay with full equipped kitchen and a very comfortable couch! Worth every penny ;)

I wanted to share my positive experience during our recent stay after our cruise from Long Beach. The pictures of your property simply don't do it justice! We found it to be very nice, and it was clear that it had been recently renovated. Check-in was smooth, and we appreciated the timely communication. While it took a little getting used to the "no shoes in the house" policy, and I did miss having a TV in the bedroom initially, we adjusted quickly. Having an actual garage for parking was a significant plus, and not having to worry about street parking was great. The location was also very convenient, being only 12 minutes from LAX, 30 minutes from the cruise terminal, and Disneyland. I would definitely recommend staying here to others and will certainly book again when I'm back in the Los Angeles area.

Keith has fixed up an older home and made it very cozy and comfortable. It was impeccably clean, and we felt right at home upon entry. He had a nice basket of treats out for us, which added a warm touch to the experience…. From the start, we were impressed with Keith and his place! It is important to note that Keith was SO QUICK to respond to questions. My aunt, who has limited mobility, was staying with me, and while Keith’s place is not technically “accessible,” he helped us figure out whether or not it would work for our situation (answering A LOT of specific questions in a timely manner before we booked). Based on our messages, we decided to give his place a try. We are so glad we did because it ended up being a GREAT spot for us!! Thank you, Keith, for your hospitality! We really enjoyed our stay!

I enjoyed my stay here and felt right at home. The foosball table was super fun to play with the other guests. The house was very clean as well. Access to the freeway was easy.

I loved loved loved this Air Bnb I let the hosts Arthur and Anthony know that It was my graduation and they made sure to make my graduation special! The inside was beautiful and it smelled so good! The pictures were exactly as described. The host make sure you have every single amenity you can think of plus extra towels and a washer and dryer for your clothes. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and anything I needed they made sure to have it! I loved my stay and thank you Anthony and Arthur for making my graduation special! Our recent four-night stay in this lovely home was outstanding. It was our first Airbnb experience, and everything surpassed our expectations. Kay is a thoughtful and gracious host. She provided us with extensive instructions covering everything from directions to the property and check-in to maintenance inside the home and check out. Although respectful of our privacy, she was always available when needed. The home is located in a well-manicured and quiet residential neighborhood, in close proximity to a shopping area, restaurants, and a park/golf course. The private entrance allowed us to come and go as we pleased. The home is exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and the amenities were top-notch. The kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful and extremely well equipped. In summary, the home was the perfect layout for a comfortable stay and spending time with our family. We hope it will be available on our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Teresa’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and perfect for our family while we were in town for my brother’s graduation. The location was peaceful but still close to everything we needed. Teresa was kind, responsive, and flexible with check-in, and gave us great recommendations for food in the area which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again highly recommend!

Everything described in the photos and clear easy to understand instructions! We stayed for 3 nights for a 2 day event on the weekend and wanted something spacious, comfortable and convenient. I spent hours looking for the right fit for my husband and I for our stay and this place checked all the boxes and more! I've never thought to find a place with a washer and dryer and it was very convenient for our weekend. All amenities that were included here, I couldn't find elsewhere within a 25 mile radius for a great price! The only thing I'd like to point out that was a surprise is how thin the walls are; my husband and I were able to hear conversations being held on the other side as well as when they were cooking, the smell would seep through the walls. Regardless, considering the price, comfort, amenities, ease, parking availability, communication, location, hospitality, and space, I will definitely recommend this spot to everyone and will plan to stay again in the future! 5 stars!!

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Great location, walking distance to Abbot Kinney Boulevard which was fantastic with great food and drink options. Anita communicated well and we would recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice Beach!!

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

Very well-furnished with all the amenities. Our hosts even had cold drinks in the fridge for us. Both Tianna and Grant were very responsive and friendly. Only 5min to LAX

I was so very pleased with my stay. I brought a couple with me who are my dear friends. we had the best time! the apartment/condo was in a very awesome location one block to the shops and restaurants and a block and a half to the sand and the pier. very nice to have a garage to park in and there are items for using at the beach. The unit itself is sooo comfortable and relaxing we enjoyed leaving the slider open. The entire community is quite down to earth and so nice. I think this place is totally worth what I paid. I wish I could go back in the thick of summer and enjoy the sun as I was here during "June Gloom". It was still amazing! Thank you so much for the stay

The stay was very comfortable & homey. Great kitchen & living room space. Big bedroom with washer and dryer. Much bigger in person than it looks on the app. I recommend this play for a quiet getaway & subtle experience. Very quiet and peaceful, plus the hosts were great. Very responsive and proactive, answered any and all questions I had quickly.

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!
