Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

This house was adorable! Perfect for a quick stay the night before getting on our cruise. Loved waking up and enjoying coffee in the back courtyard in the sunshine! Would definitely book this spot again.

We had an amazing stay at this home. We stayed with my sister, her husband, and their two kids, and the space was perfect for our group. The house is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a huge hit—great for relaxing and letting the kids burn off some energy. Inside, there were tons of games that kept everyone entertained, and the massive TV made for awesome movie nights. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the layout made it easy to hang out together while still having our own space. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. Overall, it was the perfect family-friendly spot in a great location. We’d absolutely stay here again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tarik’s Airbnb. It truly felt like a home away from home. Tarik was very responsive, flexible, and professional throughout the entire process, even when a small hiccup occurred on my end. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for my group, and the patio speakers were a great bonus. Beds were comfortable, and the space was totally worth the price. Thank you again for having me, Tarik!

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

I wanted to share my positive experience during our recent stay after our cruise from Long Beach. The pictures of your property simply don't do it justice! We found it to be very nice, and it was clear that it had been recently renovated. Check-in was smooth, and we appreciated the timely communication. While it took a little getting used to the "no shoes in the house" policy, and I did miss having a TV in the bedroom initially, we adjusted quickly. Having an actual garage for parking was a significant plus, and not having to worry about street parking was great. The location was also very convenient, being only 12 minutes from LAX, 30 minutes from the cruise terminal, and Disneyland. I would definitely recommend staying here to others and will certainly book again when I'm back in the Los Angeles area.

Such a beautiful place to stay! Michelle was super communicative, helpful and everything was just so easy! The place is exactly as described, lovely and peaceful neighbourhood and walkable to Walmart etc. Private driveway to park on, the house was super clean and Michelle has thought of everything from beach towels to helpful bits in the bathroom. Will 100% stay again if/when in the area. Thank you so so much for making everything so perfect and easy! ✨

I loved loved loved this Air Bnb I let the hosts Arthur and Anthony know that It was my graduation and they made sure to make my graduation special! The inside was beautiful and it smelled so good! The pictures were exactly as described. The host make sure you have every single amenity you can think of plus extra towels and a washer and dryer for your clothes. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and anything I needed they made sure to have it! I loved my stay and thank you Anthony and Arthur for making my graduation special! Group of 5 girls enjoyed staying at Casa Prairie. 15 minutes away from Manhattan Beach. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, safe area, and Host was very responsive to our questions. Loved it!

The place was amazing, clean, I felt at home, the area was nice, this was my first time at an airbnb the only thing I wish I could change is me having to leave because I wanted to stay. lol Convenient to my travel to Long Beach & Hollywood. This is one of those places that actually looks exactly like the photos. So that was great! The home was spotless and we were able to check in early. I stayed in the room with the mirrored closet, loved it! They also had everything we needed honestly. Ziploc bags, paper towels, napkins, hand soap, dish detergent, razors, scrunchies, Bobby pins, etc. I want to come back to Cali to explore more, and this home is definitely in my mind to return to. You won’t be disappointed!

Keith has fixed up an older home and made it very cozy and comfortable. It was impeccably clean, and we felt right at home upon entry. He had a nice basket of treats out for us, which added a warm touch to the experience…. From the start, we were impressed with Keith and his place! It is important to note that Keith was SO QUICK to respond to questions. My aunt, who has limited mobility, was staying with me, and while Keith’s place is not technically “accessible,” he helped us figure out whether or not it would work for our situation (answering A LOT of specific questions in a timely manner before we booked). Based on our messages, we decided to give his place a try. We are so glad we did because it ended up being a GREAT spot for us!! Thank you, Keith, for your hospitality! We really enjoyed our stay!

The place was really nice! The decorations were great and gave it a welcoming vibe. I’m not from California, so it felt a little overwhelming at first with so many cars in front of the house and people hanging out outside, it made me feel unsure about the area. But once I got inside, I felt safe and comfortable. The house itself is beautiful, just could use a bit more attention to cleaning. Overall, a good experience!

Very cozy home with lots of room for 6 of us. The kitchen was stocked with all the dinnerware & appliances we needed to cook. The bathrooms & bedrooms were clean, & body & beach towels were available to us. We did find a few roaches a couple of times, but they were dead so it seems they’re actively working on that problem. Make sure you read the description, the listing mentions no AC; but there are fans to keep you cool. Location-wise, it was relatively central to our main attractions: LAX, Santa Monica, downtown LA.

Mina and her team were amazing hosts! Really responsive and so helpful. We went for a concert at SoFi and the location was super convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and great for winding down after all the excitement during the day. There were also great local restaurants and stores nearby so it was easy to grab whatever we were in the mood for. Overall a wonderful trip/experience, I will definitely reach out to Mina and her team again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Teresa’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and perfect for our family while we were in town for my brother’s graduation. The location was peaceful but still close to everything we needed. Teresa was kind, responsive, and flexible with check-in, and gave us great recommendations for food in the area which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again highly recommend!

Everything described in the photos and clear easy to understand instructions! We stayed for 3 nights for a 2 day event on the weekend and wanted something spacious, comfortable and convenient. I spent hours looking for the right fit for my husband and I for our stay and this place checked all the boxes and more! I've never thought to find a place with a washer and dryer and it was very convenient for our weekend. All amenities that were included here, I couldn't find elsewhere within a 25 mile radius for a great price! The only thing I'd like to point out that was a surprise is how thin the walls are; my husband and I were able to hear conversations being held on the other side as well as when they were cooking, the smell would seep through the walls. Regardless, considering the price, comfort, amenities, ease, parking availability, communication, location, hospitality, and space, I will definitely recommend this spot to everyone and will plan to stay again in the future! 5 stars!!

Great place, very clean with good smelled towels and linens. In general a safe area and the house makes you feel safe and comfortable. There are quite a few good shopping centers only several miles away. Ting is very easy to communicate. Recommend for ppl who travel for work with families.
