The earliest historical mention is 1417 and it's long history includes an invasion in 1584 by Protestants during the period of the Huguenot wars. The fort has maintained many original features including the old stone staircase at the front door leading up to a 4 bedroomed loft apartment . There is full access to the large garden including an 10mx4m in-ground heated swimming pool .

With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

This old house, located in a quiet area of the small village of Lavilledieu, 10 minutes from the first spots of descent of the Ardèche. Go for a walk, a nice river is a 10-minute walk away. You can also visit our horses and Bredis right next door. The private garden of about 300 m² with a pizza oven, barbecue and petanque court. A swimming pool is available in summer. You will find all the local shops just 10 minutes away on foot or 2 minutes by car.
