This old house, located in a quiet area of the small village of Lavilledieu, 10 minutes from the first spots of descent of the Ardèche. Go for a walk, a nice river is a 10-minute walk away. You can also visit our horses and Bredis right next door. The private garden of about 300 m² with a pizza oven, barbecue and petanque court. A swimming pool is available in summer.
