Spacious and bright home for 4 people

Forget your worries in our spacious and bright house located on a wooded garden. You will occupy the 1st floor, the ground floor being the offices where we work during the week. With private parking, we are a 10-min walk from all amenities (bakery, bar-tobacconist, restaurants, pharmacy...). Central location: Gorges de l'Ardèche (about 30 minutes), Mont-Gerbier de Jonc and the source of the Loire (about 45 minutes), Montélimar (30 minutes) and the pretty villages of Coiron (15 minutes)

La Maison Sorène

Located in the heart of the Cévennes, Maison Sorène is an 18th century building composed of the body of the Mas and an elegant independent Studio. Over 145 m², a mix of designer rooms and authentic furniture, a cinema area (200 films), a fireplace lounge, three bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), three terraces with views: the ideal place to recharge your batteries, telework (very high-speed fiber) and, for your peace of mind, reserved for adults or teenagers over 12 years old.

Le Lodge de Païolive - Getaway for 2 in southern Ardèche

On the edge of the Païolive wood, this very old forest where the Chassezac river flows, you will discover at the bend of a trail a curious arch perched on rocks carved by erosion. Pauline will welcome you to this unusual and comfortable little ecological cocoon. Entirely designed and built by us, it has the essentials to spend a few days in peace and quiet in the heart of nature. Close to: swimming, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, canoeing, tree climbing, etc...

Located in an estate dating back to the 17th century, La Maison des Orangers is an old silk factory overlooking the valley and offers a dazzling panorama. The absolute calm and the many views of the wild and majestic nature make this house the perfect place to recharge your batteries. This old barn dating from the 15th century was a silk factory! With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. Small extra sofa bed in the bedroom if needed Overlooking the gardens and pool, you have direct access to the Esplanade du Tilleul for outdoor dining, and the rest of the gardens, with direct access to the forest.

Le shubunkin - Small cozy cottage with the owner

Small cozy cottage on the ground floor of our main house, with separate entrance, small private garden and pond where our Asian fish swim peacefully. This 22 m2 studio consists of a bay window giving access to the kitchen with everything you need, a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, as well as a bedroom/living room area. Ideally located to discover all the tourist attractions of Ardèche. As residents on site, we like to welcome our guests ourselves.

House south Ardèche Lavilledieu

This old house, located in a quiet area of the small village of Lavilledieu, 10 minutes from the first spots of descent of the Ardèche. Go for a walk, a nice river is a 10-minute walk away. You can also visit our horses and Bredis right next door. The private garden of about 300 m² with a pizza oven, barbecue and petanque court. A swimming pool is available in summer. You will find all the local shops just 10 minutes away on foot or 2 minutes by car.
