Large and bright 120 m2 air-conditioned apartment on the 2nd floor with a private 10 x 4 x 1.40 m swimming pool in a very quiet residential/family-friendly area (respect the neighborhood). Composed of 3 large bedrooms, a furnished and equipped kitchen, and a living room with a corner sofa. Terrace overlooking the Coiron plateau. Sheets, Bath/Pool Towels, Washcloths and Dish Towels are not provided. We live there (very discreet for the sake of our tenants) the ban on outside visitors.

Forget your worries in our spacious and bright house located on a wooded garden. You will occupy the 1st floor, the ground floor being the offices where we work during the week. With private parking, we are a 10-min walk from all amenities (bakery, bar-tobacconist, restaurants, pharmacy...). Central location: Gorges de l'Ardèche (about 30 minutes), Mont-Gerbier de Jonc and the source of the Loire (about 45 minutes), Montélimar (30 minutes) and the pretty villages of Coiron (15 minutes)

Unit located on the 1st floor of our house, parking in front, private entrance, green space. Accommodation with 3 bedrooms, two shower rooms, one with a washing machine, a toilet with a sink, living area: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, stove, range hood. Living room. Large balcony terrace with 180 degree unobstructed view, round barbecue on site, table, chairs. Towels and Wi-Fi are provided. Pool for an additional twenty euros in the afternoon from 2 to 7 p.m.

In the heart of the Southern Ardèche, the Mas des Oliviers, an authentic 18th century stone building, is delighted to open its doors to you. Let yourself be seduced by its setting, its tranquility and its unique panorama. The Mas was carefully restored in 2011 on 3 independent levels with a kitchen for each. Its heated swimming pool (early May if weather conditions allow) and its south-facing orientation will allow you to enjoy your vacation under the Ardèche sun.

The house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the old village of Vogüé, ranked among the Most Beautiful Villages of France and Villages de Caratère, in Southern Ardèche. River, beach, restaurants and bars are 50 meters away. Less than a kilometer away you can benefit from many local shops (grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, nougaterie, fruits and vegetables, hairdresser, tobacco-press etc.).
