This house is located in a quiet residential area on a no through road. The house has a light airy feel with an open plan living area and a lovely new modern kitchen with breakfast bar which opens directly onto the garden. There is a local pub which serves food 50m away. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Salisbury and there are some beautiful walks onto the downs and Clarendon estate via the footpath opposite. Stonehenge is about a 15 minute drive from the house or there is a bus from town.

The Old Stables

The old Stables is half of a newly converted cottage finished to a high standard situated within a 14 ac plot. There are two double bedrooms one with an en-suite bathroom and a separate shower wet room. The master bedroom has a king sized bed , the second bedroom a full double.Bed linen is 100% cotton with feather duvets. Synthetic available on request. There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven , hob and dishwasher and microwave. Outside there is a private garden area and plenty of parking.

The house is situated within a private walled garden and the view looks across water meadows bordering the River Avon, towards the city's cathedral. The Tiny House is compact but perfectly designed to be cosy, (under floor heating and a log burner) comfortable and have everything you need for your stay.
