Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. On the top floor of the Tour de la Sumene overlooking the resort, you will find this 35 m² apartment, with a closed sleeping area and a mezzanine with 2 beds for children. The location allows access to the slopes via the walkway without waiting hours for the elevator in the morning and evening. It is fully equipped with the ski locker located indoors. For the summer it is ideal when you come back from a day of hiking or cycling. All shops are at the foot of the tower.

Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.
