The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

Le Moulin du plô du Roy

Come and discover the old Plô du Roy mill dating from 1484 that we have completely renovated. Our charming village of Villeneuve-Minervois is ideally located, at the foot of the Black Mountain and only 20 minutes from Carcassonne. During certain periods, you will have the opportunity to admire the splendid Clamoux waterfall that borders the mill. Great for recharging your batteries with family or friends. Features a large covered terrace (30 m²), with barbecue, hotplate and large plancha. Direct river access, ideal for fishing. Motorized boat (2.5 hp) available upon request at time of booking. Pets: allowed. In June, July and August, bookings are for a minimum of one week from Saturday to Saturday.

The two cottages at your disposal, carefully renovated in a 17th century abbey farm, can accommodate up to 20 people. Enjoy the pool, let yourself be lulled by the birdsong, breathe in the fresh air: it's the perfect place to meet, rest, share good meals, and simply enjoy.

At Federico and Pierre's: The straw house

Small 27 m2 house, perched among the trees in a quiet setting. To access it, you will need to walk on a path for 200 m up a steep hill. The house includes a living room with sofa bed, kitchen area, bedroom and bathroom with dry toilet. Breakfast not included but we offer homemade meals. Max power is 800W: check your devices before coming. We communicate exclusively via messaging/email, the phone does not get here.
