The center of Barbaste and all amenities are only 3 minutes away.

In a house steeped in history, within walking distance of downtown Nérac, the proposed apartment was completely renovated in 2018. Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. During your stay, you can enjoy the park and its century-old trees, as well as the various shaded terraces. Welcome to Nérac!

On site, two swimming pools are available from June to September. You can get to the golf course in a few minutes. A children's playground with sand and structure are available.
