Studio of 32 m2 with large terrace, it is located within the beautiful village of Vianne, quiet and close to shops. Free parking is available in front of the studio (1 min walk). From the bedroom you will have a view of the Baïse River and the barges, and from the terrace a view of the garden. Access to the studio is through a door at the back of our garden (key safe). This cottage is located in a small, quiet and peaceful hamlet at the gates of the Landes in the Gascogne area bordering the Gers. We will be delighted to welcome you in a simple and respectful manner. Lou Chibaou equestrian center is 1 km away, Cap Cauderoue tree climbing is 4 km away as well as Golf d'Albret. Nearby are the Moulin des Tours, the Château d'Henry IV, La Bastide de Vianne and the Ludoparc.
