This 75 m² fully renovated accommodation, adjoining the owners' house, is equipped with all comforts (Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher). On site, board games, books and toys for family fun. Encased in 16 Acres of rural grounds and with a 3 Acre fresh water lake, you will feel alone and surrounded by nature. Despite its rural peaceful setting the site is close to the towns of Nerac and Condom. This is a great choice for those who love to relax, recharge and enjoy nature.

Gite La Sablère, bottom

Our gite is a warm house of 100 m2, at the beginning of the departmental 119 but once the gate is closed it can be quickly forgotten. It is reserved exclusively for rent, with a large private car park, decorated simply but to our taste. We live right next door, which allows us to be available quickly on request and to intervene in case of a problem or organized gathering.
