The village of Herbeys is 550 m above sea level, on a south-facing hill, just 12 km from Grenoble, 5 km from Uriage and its Thermal Baths and 23 km from Chamrousse, ski resort of the Belledonne range. It has a bar restaurant, a farmers' market, as well as a market on Sundays. Several walking trails are within walking distance of the property. The village is quiet for a restful night!

The surrounding lakes and their nautical bases allow you to practice sailing, paddle boarding, kitesurfing, windsurfing, wing foiling...
