Great little accommodation, very nice, very well furnished, every corner is optimized, furnished with care, it feels very good. Quiet environment, beautiful view of the castle. Parking is a real plus, the small terrace allows you to sit quietly outside admiring the castle. Shops and restaurants nearby, everything is within walking distance. We recommend.

Welcoming and quiet accommodation, ideally located to visit the historic center of Vitré: medieval fortress, narrow shopping streets with remarkable half-timbered houses or very beautiful stone residences. Beautiful walks to do: the ramparts, the banks of the Vilaine, the Pré des Lavandières... We thank Richard for his responsiveness and the accuracy of his instructions and information and highly recommend this accommodation.

We were 4 people and for 2 nights in Vitre. The accommodation with a great backyard is beautifully located at the foot of the Chateau directly on a small river. From the outside, however, it is not possible to see how tasteful and high-quality the furnishings are. Everything necessary was present and in clean condition. The communication with Lany and the check-in went perfectly. Will come again anytime

Very nice house, well equipped both inside and outside, quiet with a large garden. Good communication with Myriam and Gilles. The only small downside (but which did not concern us): 2 bedrooms that can be difficult to access for people with reduced mobility because of the miller's ladder to access them. Very good stay spent with friends.

We had a great Pentecost weekend. Very quiet and safe accommodation with children who had a great time with all the outdoor games. The adults also enjoyed the bocce court and the barbecue area. Very nice experience. The cottage is on a large estate, well maintained, green and flowery. It's super soothing, especially for us Parisians. The cottage was clean, the bedding was great, all the amenities you need to feel at home. Very welcoming 😊 A barbecue is available. Pool of the right size, well maintained and above all heated!!! Great welcome by the host when we arrived despite the lockbox! Warm and pleasant! She is available for any questions and is quite flexible with schedules. My family and I stayed at this beautifully renovated house in a quiet little village and absolutely loved it. It was spacious and clean and had everything that we needed for a very pleasant stay. The pool was the icing on the cake. Amaury and Stylite were excellent hosts and were very communicative throughout the stay. Anything we needed to ask they replied immediately. We would highly recommend this house and would love to visit it again.

We were several families with children. The Property is ideal for a group of 21 people. Amenities and dishes are intended for a large group . Daniel is very nice and responsive. There are pleasant walks to do around .

Reservation for one month. Great location, parking spot is a plus. Bright, well-equipped and clean apartment. Recommended. Communication with the host is very good. Only small negative point; the insulation of the bay window in the living room, we hear everything outside but not inconvenient in the bedroom.
