Endroit très confortable, belle espace. Très très propre et bien équipé. Un peu difficiles d'accès avec le trafic en semaine (c'est Montréal alors je suppose que c'est normal). Je réserverais à nouveau si j'avais à retourner dans le secteur. Si jamais vous êtes ouverts aux suggestions, ce serait super d’avoir de remplacer les produits ménagers et d'hygiène par des versions écologiques, ainsi qu’un accès au compost et au recyclage. Ce sont de petits gestes qui font une grande différence pour l’environnement, et plusieurs voyageurs y sont sensibles. Merci encore et au plaisir !

The house was beautiful and very clean and comfortable for the amount of people included in our trip. Sam was very responsive and proactive with making sure we were accommodated well and keeping us up to date. The entire process was very smooth and everything was done in a very organized way. I would definitely recommend booking any airbnb services through Sam!!

The place was like a catalog. It was super clean, well decorated, and had great energy . The host super friendly, and located in a great neighborhood. I loved this place, so clean and safe for me and my family. Will def. Be back again.

Franchement je suis le genre de client qui critique tout ce qu’il ne va pas quand l’occasion s’y prête. Mais pour le coup, avec Qasem, il n’y a rien à dire! Je recommande fortement fortement cet hôte! L’appartement est superbe, très fonctionnelle, bon il n’y a pas de machine à laver mais vous avez une buanderie à coter. De plus, Qasem est réactif aux messages sur la plate-forme. Vous avez besoin de quelque chose ? Demandez lui et il vous conseillera au mieux pour votre confort. Super séjour!

Tout s’est super bien passé durant ces 13 jours sur place, le logement est très bien équipé , cuisine complète avec tout ce qu’il faut, tout le nécessaire sur place, laveuse / sécheuse bien utile !! L’environnement est très beau, Sylvain a un grand jardin très agréable, il y a un petit parc proche , au bord de l’eau pour de petites balades, le vieux Terrebonne est à 10mn de voiture, Montréal et Laval sont très proche par les autoroutes. Le seul petit reproche est la route en avant vraiment très passante . Je veux aussi souligner la propreté exemplaire du logement avec serviettes et draps de qualité. Je recommande vraiment cet endroit , et Sylvain , qui loge juste à côté, est un hôte vraiment sympathique.

Très jolie découverte, Celine et Gonzague ont été de très sympathiques hôtes, et surtout très réactifs (j’ai envoyé un message suite à une rupture de produit, Céline est arrivé dans les 10 minutes qui suivaient afin de nous apporter satisfaction) ! Nous nous sommes senti bien et en sécurité, cadre idyllique, et maison très bien située (et magnifique). Nous recommandons à 100% ce logement et ces hôtes !

The apartment was exactly as pictured—very clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I really enjoyed the location in Little Italy. There were plenty of great coffee shops and restaurants nearby, which made exploring the area a breeze. I highly recommend staying here—it’s convenient, well-located, and I’d definitely book it again next time I’m in town.

I loved how roomy this place felt, there’s plenty of space to spread out and relax. The balcony setup is a real highlight, with cozy chairs. My only issue was the bedding, which didn’t feel as fresh as the rest of the space, a deep clean or new linens would make it even better. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic spot I’d happily book again.

Une 2e fois pour nous dans cet hébergement et nous avons adoré tout comme la première fois. L'emplacement est parfait à proximité de plusieurs services. Le parc et les terrains de pickle ball sont à quelques minutes à pieds, le quartier est calme et paisible. Le logement est impeccable !

Victoria has been accommodating and communicative throughout pre-check in, up to post-check in! The space provided is perfect for 2 people and there’s everything you need for a good stay (assuming your intent is not to stay at home all day) Everything you need to feel comfortable after a long day of going around Montreal is close to Condo. There’s great infrastructure around and it has direct access to public transportation within less than a minute walk. Overall Excellent stay!

It was my great experiece stayed for almost 2 months. Very worth it. husband and wife as the host are very helpful from beginning until the end of my stay. The location was perfect for me, close to the river, quite neighbourhood, met my expectation. They are very helpful, kind, cheerful and polite. They also lent me a bike which helped me a lot. I did a review based on previous customers feedback and I concurred all of thier positive comments. If were given chance to find apartment to stay again over there, I would choose the same one again and also recommended to others for those need to stay. Thank again. It's my great pleasure and meeting them too.

Ellen was really easy to chat with and she helped us leave our bags at the apartment early with no issue. The location is great and although on a busy road it was very quiet! We would definitely recommend this to our friends for future stays! Thank you!

I spent a wonderful weekend with my family in Montreal, and Eric's accommodation contributed to that wonderful weekend in Montreal, which was exactly as it was stated in the ad. In addition, Erik's very detailed instructions for every detail, from parking to entering the apartment, reduced our stress when arriving in an unfamiliar environment. I can highly recommend this place to any family that wants to have a nice place to stay during their stay in Montreal.
