Our lovingly renovated house is close to the beautiful Hochosterwitz Castle. The outdoor area is currently being completed. Around our quiet village of St. Sebastian (Carinthia), many routes and paths invite you to hike to the neighboring Magdalensberg or Christofberg. Hochosterwitz Castle is easily accessible on foot or by bike. By car, you can reach the district capital St. Veit an der Glan in just 10 minutes or the state capital Klagenfurt in 20 minutes.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

Spacious apartment in the countryside

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space in the middle of a beautiful hiking area. Centrally located in central Carinthia, 5 minutes by car to St. Veit/Glan, 20 minutes to the state capital Klagenfurt with the beautiful Wörthersee. We like to have it nice and enjoy our home. The pool of the huge garden in the middle of nature is a place where we like to come home ourselves. Since last year, we have also opened the doors of our special retreat to guests. The apartment has a separate entrance and is very spacious😀.
