There is another toilet in the house. The navetta has been renovated into a meeting and event space and is rented separately. In the putter you can swim, boat and fish. Bus stop is 150 mt away from the apartment. Small shopping centre in the area that includes a supermarket and pharmacy (1 km away aprox.). The zone is calm and close to forest and even a small lake.
