Enjoy lakefront accomodation 6 km from the city. Our basement floor guest suite has its own entrance and 4 windows. Usage of indoor sauna and jacuzzi (1,5h) in October-April included. Two showers indoors in the wash room. There're fridge, water kettle and microwave oven in the apartment. No full kitchen. May-September use of wooden sauna is included and it is possible to swim in the lake. There are coffee maker, cutlery, fridge, dishwasher in the sauna hut. You can use gas and coal grills.

This newly-built guesthouse 2024 with comfortable amenities is located in a the middle of old-growth forests, with a private bay and a calm lake with sunset view. It is a place “to adopt the pace of nature”, with the sound and sight of wild nature. During the winter, a local skiing center with sledding place for kids is open for everyone, about 5km from our place. Also, you can enjoy Sauna, walking in forest, ice-fishing. This beautiful holiday villa is located in middle of Finland 58km from Jyväskylä. The downstairs apartment of this semi-detached house is all in your use with the big garden area and the beach. My dad lives in the separate upstairs apartment and will help you if needed but you also have full privacy. The popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.

Cozy house (85m2) in a peaceful courtyard. 2 rooms+ sleeping loft and alcove. The house is located in the same yard with the owners' detached house. Outdoor jacuzzi available for extra fee. Pets allowed, let us know about them beforehand. Free WIFI and parking. 2 air source heat pumps, fireplace, underfloor heating. We have beautiful large yard with 2 patios with 2 table sets and sun beds available. Our rowing boat and life jackets, 2 sup paddle boards are at your disposal.

Villa Salmi, 10 hlön huvila, 10 km Himokselta

Vuokrataan Villa Salmea Jämsän Jokisuulta Päijänne järvi näkymin. Rauhallinen sijainti. Nukkumapaikat 10 hlö:lle. Kohteessa kaikki perusmukavuudet lisäksi sauna, kylpytynnyri, iso katettu terassi, kuivauskaappi, viinikaappi, kattava astiasto ja kaasugrilli. Riihikarhu B sijaitsee riihivuoren huipulla laskettelukeskuksen lähettyvillä. Noin 20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Jyväskylän keskustasta. Riihikarhu B on vuonna 2023 valmistunut paritalon puolikas. Sen ainutlaatuinen sijainti ja sen kauniit maisemat luovat majoituksestasi unohtumattoman kokemuksen. Laadukas kylpyhuone, ulkoporeallas sekä mökin oleskelutilojen suuret ikkunat sekä huonekorkeudet ovat elementtejä, jotka takaa erityisen kokemuksen.

Vuokralle tulee juuri valmistunut talviasuttava sähköistetty loma-asunto, kauniissa järven poukamassa jonne paistaa ilta-aurinko. Vasta tehty uusi ranta hiekkapohjalla sekä remontoitu rantasauna paljuineen löytyy myös rannalta. Paikka sijaitsee Kärkkäälässä, liesveden rannassa. Hankasalmen ja Konneveden rajoilla. Jyväskylä noin 70km päässä, Kuopioon 120km. Hankasalmelle matkaa noin 25km ja Konneveden keskustaan n.15km.
