The apartment was first put into operation in 2013. 2021 and 2022, it was renovated and new furniture was purchased. We have already been awarded 4 stars twice by the German Tourism Association. It is very important to us that guests feel comfortable with us. They should not want for anything. The minimum stay can also be shortened from 7 to 3 days. Provided nights are available at short notice.

The approx. 45 m² attic apartment with gallery is centrally located and very quiet between the main train station (1.7 km) and the university hospital (2.5 km). Two bus stops (32 and 35) are in the immediate vicinity and take you to Königsplatz in 10 minutes. The bright apartment also features a French balcony.
