The basement apartment is right next to us in the single-family house and has its own entrance, which can be reached from the garden. The apartment is bright and very charming due to the oiled wooden floor. If you are as excited as we are about a view of the garden and the clucking of 3 chickens, then you have come to the right place. We as a family, with 3 older kids, are looking forward to friendly encounters and would like to make your stay in Heilbronn pleasant.

The train station is a 2-minute walk away: Stuttgart city center can be reached in 25 minutes, and in 20 minutes you are on the Cannstatter Wasen. You are just a few steps from the historic city center and the best restaurants, cafes and shops. The Remstal cycle path is right outside the front door.

The entire house was renovated in the 1st renovated in the first half of 2019 and the individual apartments were furnished individually and with a lot of creativity and passion for you, so that you will hopefully feel comfortable. Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. In the historic bakery, a beautiful living room has been created above the bakery. On two floors are two bedrooms, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a tasteful shower room (incl. towels) and a living room were created. From the living room in the attic and one of the bedrooms you can see the forest and the Mühlbach (Zaber) splashes directly past the house.

Enjoy the simple life in our quiet and centrally located apartment. The newly renovated apartment offers its own access, a new kitchen, a private bathroom and a separate bedroom. A washer-dryer has also recently been made available. From the 40 sqm ground floor apartment you can reach the A81 highway in about 5 minutes. Bakery and butcher shop are about a 5-minute walk from the property.
