The city center can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot or a few minutes by bike via a beautiful path along the lake.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a detached house and is the ideal starting point for hikes, mountain tours and excursions. The house is situated at a dead end street. A car parking space is provided on the private property. Bikes can be locked in the bicycle room.

Everything is within walking distance, bakery right outside the door, various shopping, coffee, bars and restaurants can be reached in 2 to 5 minutes. The lake is 60 m from the property. Ideal starting point for many leisure activities. Bus station 1 minute. We are very happy to welcome our guests here.

Quaint hut on the edge of the forest - pure relaxation

Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. PURE Austrian feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We intentionally do without Wi-Fi TV and the like. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the cabin, you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate. Then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the stream.

The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
