Über die Terrasse gelangst du in das Hauptzimmer, in dem sich ein kleines ausziehbares Sofa, Fernseher, Mini-Küche mit kleinem Essbereich sowie ein separates Bad mit Dusche und WC befinden. Über eine Holztreppe gelangst du unters Dach, wo sich dein Schlafplatz (Matratze 160 x 200 Meter) befindet. Einfach einziehen und wohlfühlen! :-)

On the way, the mountain panorama and the expanses of the surroundings are impressive. Our studios offer a retreat and a haven for a unique break in the middle of the enchanting Allgäu. There are a variety of lifts, cross-country trails and hiking trails in the Alps, 25 minutes away. Idyllic lakes and rivers with easy walking paths are minutes away.

A large bedroom and dining room that starts the small kitchen and newly renovated bathroom. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (only via Internet) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with a floor-level shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. A parking space is not part of the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for about 20 euros a day.

The terrace (5x3m) has a view of a fauna flora habitat.
