Vacation rentals with a patio in Latte

This was such a fabulous Airbnb experience ... I so appreciate Claidia Linda and Fabrizio and their responsiveness ... the apatment was so pretty, easy to find, nice places within walking distance, beach across the street and all amenities were in working order ... couldn't have asked for a better stay!!! ... Thank You!!!

Dans l’ensemble bon séjour, bonne communication, Laurence est à votre écoute et réactive, le seul hic les escaliers pour monter au deuxième étage un peu raide pour les personnes d’un certain âge, une deuxième rampe sera la bienvenue. A visiter le fort de Saint AGNES, je recommande le restaurant le Saint YVES accueil et restauration.

Susanna was so helpful and nice! The Airbnb is right next to the train station and only a short walk to the promenade. You can hear the trains a little bit, but they are not going all night so it’s ok. I really enjoyed my stay!

Per chi cerca Relax e tranquillità è il non plus ultra! Ovunque si posi lo sguardo vi è natura e bellezza. Unico nel suo genere, grazie anche alle biciclette elettriche che permettono spostamenti rapidi e senza fatica. Una vera chicca. Consigliatissimo.

Εξαιρετική διαμονή με μοναδική φιλοξενία! Μείναμε στο διαμέρισμα για 12 βράδια και πραγματικά ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας. Η Carlotta ήταν απλά φανταστική: από την πρώτη στιγμή μάς καλωσόρισε θερμά, μας έδωσε λεπτομερείς οδηγίες για το check-in και προτάσεις για εστιατόρια, αξιοθέατα και μετακινήσεις στο Μονακό. Κάθε φορά που χρειαζόμασταν κάτι ανταποκρινόταν αμέσως, με χαμόγελο και λύσεις. Το ίδιο το διαμέρισμα είναι φωτεινό, κομψά διακοσμημένο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο – οι φωτογραφίες το αδικούν! Απολαύσαμε κάθε πρωί τον καφέ μας στο μπαλκόνι, με θέα τη θάλασσα και τους εμβληματικούς πύργους της πόλης. Το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ άνετο, η κουζίνα είχε ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν για να μαγειρέψουμε, ενώ οι έξτρα πινελιές (premium προϊόντα περιποίησης, συσκευή καφέ, αρωματικά sticks κ.λπ.) μας έκαναν να νιώθουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. L'appartement de Gabriele est tout simplement exceptionnel, l'un des meilleurs de tous ceux que j'ai pu réserver via Airbnb, voir toute plateforme confondu. La vue sur la ville est magnifique, et justifie a elle seul le prix, pourtant très attractif. L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, un mélange d'anciens et de nouveaux, de très beaux mobiliers, tableaux, etc... Le problème avec ce genre de logement, c'est qu'on s'y sent tellement bien qu'on aimerait y rester plus longtemps. Chose qui n'a bien évidemment pas pu se faire, car d'autres personnes venaient après nous. Tant pis ! Ahah Gabriele a été particulièrement tolérant avec nous concernant l'arrivée, que nous avons décalé, chose pour laquelle nous lui sommes très reconnaissants. Pareil concernant l'heure de départ. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir très vite, car aussi l'appartement que la ville valent vraiment la visite.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis à l’occasion du Grand Prix de Monaco. Le logement était top : propre, bien équipé (tout est nickel côté équipements), très pratique et idéalement situé avec un accès facile au village à pied. L’extérieur est également très mignon, parfait pour profiter des beaux jours. Un grand merci à notre hôte, très réactif et arrangeant. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im AirBnB von Elena. Zwar ist die Unterkunft etwas ab vom Schuss (2,3 km Fahrt über eine schmale Straße), aber gerade das macht ihren Reiz und den Charme aus. Man lebt toll gelegen mitten in der Natur und hat einen phänomenalen Ausblick auf die Berge. Wir haben in unserer Woche Wanderurlaub viel mit unseren beiden Hunden erleben können und hatten eine tolle Zeit.

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

Laurie's place is beyond our expectations. It's exceptionally clean including the bed linen. We were positively surprised by how clean the place is. Also, we love the style of her deco of the place: the furnitures, the home appliances. The view on the terrace to the whole city is the highlight. We wish that we could stay longer than just one short overnight as we had to catch early flight.

My family and I stayed at this airbnb for about 5 days and it was absolutely breathtaking and incredible. There are gorgeous views from every room and plenty of space for a full family or group. Jesper was super responsive and helpful. It was very easy to get to the different little towns in the surrounding area and we would book here again in a heartbeat. One of the highlights of our trip for sure and would highly recommend booking here!

Ein wunderbarer Ort um sich zu erholen! Ruhe und eine herrliche Umgebung. Das Haus ist sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Der Whirlpool perfekt um sich nach einer Wanderung zu entspannen. So idyllisch, dass wir bestimmt wieder kommen werden. Danke Mara!

Peter was a very helpful host, his messages were clear and quickly sent. Peter met us, helped us with our bags and gave a quick but informative tour of the apartment. The apartment was well appointed with everything basic you need. It was lovely and clean. The only downside was that we were unable to hang laundry on the balcony due to building restrictions.

Logement cosi dans un cadre apaisant avec un magnifique jardin. Paola nous a accueilli chaleureusement et agréablement, et fut très arrangeante. Nous nous étions perdus, et Paola est gentiment venue nous chercher. Encore merci pour votre gentillesse et votre bienveillance.

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

L'appartement et la grande terrasse sont magnifiques. On se souviendra des petits déjeuners sur la terrasse avec cette vue surplombante exceptionnelle sur la mer et la vieille ville de Menton, le cri des mouettes et la petite brise marine. On peut laisser la voiture en sécurité sur le parking fermé de la villa et retrouver chaque jour la vieille ville en improvisant un itinéraire à pieds à travers un dédale de ruelles et d'escaliers au charme fou. Le soir, après un bon restaurant en ville (merci au conseils de Michaelle), on explore un autre itinéraire et, à l'approche de la villa, on est accueilli par un véritable concert de grenouilles et crapauds dans un vallon situé en contrebas, puis le calme de la villa avec les lumières au loin sur la riviera. Séjourner dans cette villa de Menton est tout simplement magnifique et le seul regret est de devoir en partir le dernier jour !

Breathtaking, unbeatable view in a place with the personal touch of a good friend and the five-star perfection of an expensive hotel. It was our second time staying here: the first time was three years ago, right after it opened. The place is as cared-for and meticulously cleaned as it was when it was brand new, an indication of how much Vytas cares. Also. He was extremely patient and kind and went way above and beyond to solve a problem we had with our personal mobile telephones. The location is perfect: a short drive from Eze and the beaches, from Nice and from Monte Carlo. But it is also out of the fray, a cliff-side, quiet panorama that is true luxury. We hope to be back for a third time.

Toppenläge och fräsch lägenhet! Vi trivdes jättebra, och det var nära till stranden, restauranger och kollektivtrafik. Lägenheten var ren, ljus och hade allt vi behövde. Rekommenderas varmt!
